Gideon and his three hundred men, exhausted yet keeping up the pursuit, came to the Jordan and crossed it.

Gideon and his 300 men were very tired. But they kept on chasing their enemies. They came to the Jordan River and went across it.

And Gideon came to the Jordan and crossed over, he and the 300 men who were with him, exhausted yet pursuing.

所以，我們既然有這麼多的見證人，像雲彩圍繞著我們，就應該脫下各樣的拖累，和容易纏住我們的罪，以堅忍的心奔跑那擺在我們面前的賽程；專一注視耶穌，就是那位信心的創造者和完成者。他因為那擺在面前的喜樂，就忍受了十字架，輕看了羞辱，現在就坐在神寶座的右邊。這位忍受罪人那樣頂撞的耶穌，你們要仔細思想，免得疲倦灰心。你們與罪惡鬥爭，還沒有對抗到流血的地步；

眾民中有一個人說：“你父親曾經叫眾人嚴嚴地起誓說：‘今天吃食物的，那人必受咒詛。’所以眾人都疲乏了。”約拿單說：“我父親連累了這地的人。你們看！我嘗了這一點蜂蜜以後，我的眼睛就明亮了。

有二百人太疲乏，不能渡過比梭溪，就留在那裡，大衛和四百人繼續追趕。

他們捉住了米甸人的兩個首領：俄立和西伊伯；把俄立殺在俄立磐石上，把西伊伯殺在西伊伯榨酒池那裡；然後追趕米甸人，又把俄立和西伊伯的人頭帶到約旦河對岸，基甸那裡。
