求你待他们，如待米甸，如在基顺河待西西拉和耶宾一样。他们在隐多珥灭亡，成了地上的粪土。求你叫他们的首领像俄立和西伊伯，叫他们的王子都像西巴和撒慕拿。他们说：“我们要得神的住处，作为自己的产业。”

因为他们所负的重轭和肩头上的杖，并欺压他们人的棍，你都已经折断，好像在米甸的日子一样。

这样，摩押就被以色列人制伏了。国中太平八十年。

万军之耶和华要兴起鞭来攻击他，好像在俄立磐石那里杀戮米甸人一样。耶和华的杖要向海伸出，把杖举起，像在埃及一样。
