基甸说：“我不管理你们，我的儿子也不管理你们，惟有耶和华管理你们。”

基甸回答说：“我和我子孙都不统治你们，统治你们的是耶和华。

基甸回答他们：“我不统治你们，我的子孙也不统治你们，唯有耶和华统治你们。”

基甸說：「我不管理你們，我的兒子也不管理你們，惟有耶和華管理你們。」

基甸對他們說：「我不治理你們，我的兒子也不治理你們，耶和華會治理你們。」

基甸對他們說：『我不管理你們，我兒子也不管理你們，只有永恆主管理你們。』

基甸曰、我不治爾、我子亦不治爾、治爾者乃耶和華也、

其田曰、我不治爾、子孫亦不治爾、治爾者乃耶和華也。

基甸對曰、我不治爾、我子亦不治爾、治爾者惟主、

But Gideon told them,“ I will not rule over you, nor will my son rule over you. The Lord will rule over you.”

But Gideon told them,“ I will not rule over you. My son won’t rule over you either. The Lord will rule over you.”

Gideon said to them,“ I will not rule over you, and my son will not rule over you; the Lord will rule over you.”

But Gideon replied,“ I will not rule over you, nor will my son. The Lord will rule over you!

But Gideon said to them,“ I will not rule over you, and my son will not rule over you; the LORD will rule over you.”

But Gideon said to them,“ I will not rule over you, nor shall my son rule over you; the Lord shall rule over you.”

But Gideon said to them,“ I will not rule over you, nor shall my son rule over you; the Lord shall rule over you.”

And Gideon said unto them, I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you: Jehovah shall rule over you.

But Gideon said to them,“ I will not rule over you, and my son will not rule over you; the Lord will rule over you.”

And Gideon said unto them, I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you: the LORD shall rule over you.

Gideon said to them,“ I will not rule over you, nor will my son rule over you. The LORD will rule over you.”

Gideon said to them,“ I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you. Yahweh shall rule over you.”

But you have now rejected your God, who saves you out of all your disasters and calamities. And you have said,‘ No, appoint a king over us.’ So now present yourselves before the Lord by your tribes and clans.” (niv)

“ But when you saw that Nahash king of the Ammonites was moving against you, you said to me,‘ No, we want a king to rule over us’— even though the Lord your God was your king. (niv)

For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; it is he who will save us. (niv)

A dispute also arose among them as to which of them was considered to be greatest.Jesus said to them,“ The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them; and those who exercise authority over them call themselves Benefactors.But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves. (niv)

not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. (niv)

Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy, because it is by faith you stand firm. (niv)

We are yours from of old; but you have not ruled over them, they have not been called by your name. (niv)

The leaders of the people of Gilead said to each other,“ Whoever will take the lead in attacking the Ammonites will be head over all who live in Gilead.” (niv)

But when they said,“ Give us a king to lead us,” this displeased Samuel; so he prayed to the Lord.And the Lord told him:“ Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king. (niv)

Jephthah answered,“ Suppose you take me back to fight the Ammonites and the Lord gives them to me— will I really be your head?”The elders of Gilead replied,“ The Lord is our witness; we will certainly do as you say.”So Jephthah went with the elders of Gilead, and the people made him head and commander over them. And he repeated all his words before the Lord in Mizpah. (niv)

Whenever the Lord raised up a judge for them, he was with the judge and saved them out of the hands of their enemies as long as the judge lived; for the Lord relented because of their groaning under those who oppressed and afflicted them. (niv)
