耶和华对基甸说：“你的人太多了，我不能把米甸人交在你们手中，免得以色列人以为是靠自己的力量救了自己。

耶和华对基甸说：“跟随你的人过多，我不能将米甸人交在他们手中，免得以色列人向我夸大，说：‘是我们自己的手救了我们。’

耶和华对基甸说：“跟随你的人太多，我不能把米甸交在他们手中，免得以色列向我自夸，说：‘是我自己的手救了我。’

耶和华对基甸说：“与你在一起的人太多，我不能把米甸人交在你们手中，免得以色列人向我自夸：‘是我们自己的手救了我们。’

永恆主對基甸說：『跟從你的眾民太多、過於我要把米甸人交在他們手中的，免得以色列人向我炫耀自己說：「是我自己的手拯救了我的。」

耶和華諭基甸曰、從爾者過眾、我不以米甸人付於其手、免以色列人向我自詡曰、我手自救、

耶和華諭其田曰、從爾者過眾、如我以米田人付於其手、恐以色列族必自誇詡、違逆乎我、謂己有能、是以得救。

主諭基甸曰、從爾之民過眾、我不欲以米甸人付於其手、恐以色列人向我自誇曰、我得救援、乃藉己力、乃藉己力原文作是我手救我

The Lord said to Gideon,“ You have too many men. I cannot deliver Midian into their hands, or Israel would boast against me,‘ My own strength has saved me.’

The Lord said to Gideon,“ I want to hand Midian over to you. But you have too many men for me to do that. Then Israel might brag,‘ My own strength has saved me.’

The Lord said to Gideon,“ The people with you are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hand, lest Israel boast over me, saying,‘ My own hand has saved me.’

The Lord said to Gideon,“ You have too many warriors with you. If I let all of you fight the Midianites, the Israelites will boast to me that they saved themselves by their own strength.

The LORD said to Gideon,“ You have too many troops for me to hand the Midianites over to them, or else Israel might elevate themselves over me and say,‘ I saved myself.’

And the Lord said to Gideon,“ The people who are with you are too many for Me to hand Midian over to them, otherwise Israel would become boastful, saying,‘ My own power has saved me.’

And the Lord said to Gideon,“ The people who are with you are too many for Me to give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel claim glory for itself against Me, saying,‘ My own hand has saved me.’

And Jehovah said unto Gideon, The people that are with thee are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hand, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.

The Lord said to Gideon,“ You have too many people for Me to hand the Midianites over to you, or else Israel might brag:‘ I did it myself.’

And the LORD said unto Gideon, The people that[ are] with thee[ are] too many for me to give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.

The LORD said to Gideon,“ You have too many men for me to hand Midian over to you. Israel might brag,‘ Our own strength has delivered us.’

Yahweh said to Gideon,“ The people who are with you are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hand, lest Israel brag against me, saying,‘ My own hand has saved me.’

你们切勿以为是凭自己的双手和能力致富的。

因为亚述王说：“我靠自己的力量和智慧成就了此事，因为我很聪明。我废除列国的疆界，掳掠他们的财物，像勇士一样征服他们的君王。

我们不过是瓦器，里面却有这宝贝，要显明这莫大的能力是上帝的，而不是我们自己的。

但上帝拣选了世人看为愚昧的，要使智者羞愧；上帝拣选了世上软弱的，要使强者蒙羞；上帝拣选了世上卑贱的、被藐视的和无足轻重的，要使世人看为举足轻重的变得无足轻重。这样，谁都不能在上帝面前自夸了。

他对我说：“这是耶和华对所罗巴伯讲的话。万军之耶和华说，‘不靠权势，不靠才能，乃靠我的灵。

也不是由于你们的行为，以免有人自夸。

你因俊美而心高气傲，因辉煌而心智败坏，所以我把你扔到地上，让你在列国的君王面前出丑。

“人子啊，你去告诉泰尔王，主耶和华这样说，“‘你心里高傲，说，我是神，我坐在海中神的宝座上。你虽然自以为像神，但事实上你不是神，不过是人。

我说话、讲道不是靠充满智慧的雄辩之词，而是靠圣灵的能力作明证，好使你们的信仰不是以人的智慧为基础，而是以上帝的能力为基础。

我们争战的兵器不是属血气的，乃是从上帝而来的能力，可以摧毁坚固的营垒，击破一切的谬论和阻碍人们认识上帝的骄傲言论，夺回被掳去的心思意念，使其顺服基督。

亚撒呼求他的上帝耶和华说：“耶和华啊，唯有你才能帮助弱小的胜过强大的。我们的上帝耶和华啊，求你帮助我们，因为我们依靠你，奉你的名迎战这大军。耶和华啊，你是我们的上帝，不要让人胜过你。”

说：“这宏伟的巴比伦岂不是我用大能建立为京都，以显我的威严和荣耀吗？”

你怎能夸口呢？要知道：不是你托住树根，而是树根托住你。

但我不愿让敌人夸口，宣称这是他们的胜利，而非我的作为。’

约拿单对拿兵器的年轻人说：“我们去那些未受割礼之人的军营，也许耶和华会帮助我们。祂使人得胜不在乎人数多少。”

耶和华说：“智者不要夸耀自己的智慧，勇士不要夸耀自己的力量，富人不要夸耀自己的财富。

到那日，狂妄的人必被挫败，骄傲的人必遭贬抑，唯独耶和华受尊崇。

迦勒底人向渔网献祭，向渔网烧香，因为他们靠渔网而富裕，食物充足。

“耶和华必首先拯救犹大的帐篷，免得大卫家和耶路撒冷居民的荣耀超过犹大。

到那日，狂妄的人将被挫败，骄傲的人将遭贬抑；唯独耶和华将受尊崇。

既然如此，我们哪里能夸口呢？当然没有可夸的。靠什么方法让人不能夸口呢？靠遵行律法吗？不是！是靠信主的方法。

但上帝赐给我们更大的恩典，所以圣经上说：“上帝阻挡骄傲的人，恩待谦卑的人。”
