Then Gideon said to God,“ Do not let Your anger burn against me, so that I may speak only one more time; please let me put You to the test only one more time with the fleece: let it now be dry only on the fleece, and let there be dew on all the ground.”

基甸又对神说：“求你不要向我发怒，我再说这一次：让我将羊毛再试一次。但愿羊毛是干的，别的地方都有露水。”

基甸又对上帝说：“求你不要向我发怒，我再说一次，让我用羊毛再试一次，但愿羊毛是干的，遍地都有露水。”

基甸又对神说：“求你不要向我发怒，我再说一次，让我用羊毛再试一次，但愿羊毛是干的，遍地都有露水。”

基甸又对上帝说：“求你不要发怒，容许我再试一次，这次让羊毛是干的，地面有露水。”

基甸又对神说：“求你不要向我发怒，我要再说这一次；求你让我把羊毛再试一试，但愿单单羊毛是干的，而全地都有露水。”

基甸又對神說：「求你不要向我發怒，我再說這一次：讓我將羊毛再試一次。但願羊毛是乾的，別的地方都有露水。」

基甸又對上帝說：「求你不要向我發怒，我再說一次，讓我用羊毛再試一次，但願羊毛是乾的，遍地都有露水。」

基甸又對神說：「求你不要向我發怒，我再說一次，讓我用羊毛再試一次，但願羊毛是乾的，遍地都有露水。」

基甸又對上帝說：「求你不要發怒，容許我再試一次，這次讓羊毛是乾的，地面有露水。」

基甸又對神說：“求你不要向我發怒，我要再說這一次；求你讓我把羊毛再試一試，但願單單羊毛是乾的，而全地都有露水。”

基甸又對上帝說：『請不要向我發怒；我就只要對你再說一次，就只這一次；請讓我再把羊毛試試：但願單單羊毛是乾的，而遍地都有露水。』

基甸又謂上帝曰、祈勿我怒、我復進一辭而後已、容再一次試之以毛、我欲羊毛乾燥、而土壤皆霑露、

其田求上帝曰、毋震怒、我敢復進一辭而後已、請再試之、我欲羊毛無露、而四周之土有露。

基甸又禱主曰、求主莫向我震怒、我敢復進一言、再以羊毛試之、願羊毛獨乾、四圍之土悉有露、

Then Gideon said to God,“ Do not be angry with me. Let me make just one more request. Allow me one more test with the fleece, but this time make the fleece dry and let the ground be covered with dew.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Don’t be angry with me. Let me ask you for just one more thing. Let me use the wool for one more test. But this time make the wool dry. And let the ground be covered with dew.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Let not your anger burn against me; let me speak just once more. Please let me test just once more with the fleece. Please let it be dry on the fleece only, and on all the ground let there be dew.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Please don’t be angry with me, but let me make one more request. Let me use the fleece for one more test. This time let the fleece remain dry while the ground around it is wet with dew.”

Gideon then said to God,“ Don’t be angry with me; let me speak one more time. Please allow me to make one more test with the fleece. Let it remain dry, and the dew be all over the ground.”

Then Gideon said to God,“ Do not be angry with me, but let me speak just once more: Let me test, I pray, just once more with the fleece; let it now be dry only on the fleece, but on all the ground let there be dew.”

And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be kindled against me, and I will speak but this once: let me make trial, I pray thee, but this once with the fleece; let it now be dry only upon the fleece, and upon all the ground let there be dew.

Gideon then said to God,“ Don’t be angry with me; let me speak one more time. Please allow me to make one more test with the fleece. Let it remain dry, and the dew be all over the ground.”

And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the fleece; let it now be dry only upon the fleece, and upon all the ground let there be dew.

Gideon said to God,“ Please do not get angry at me, when I ask for just one more sign. Please allow me one more test with the fleece. This time make only the fleece dry, while the ground around it is covered with dew.”

Gideon said to God,“ Don’t let your anger be kindled against me, and I will speak but this once. Please let me make a trial just this once with the fleece. Let it now be dry only on the fleece, and on all the ground let there be dew.”

Then he said,“ Oh may the Lord not be angry, and I shall speak only this once: suppose ten are found there?” And He said,“ I will not destroy it on account of the ten.”

He turns rivers into a wilderness, And springs of water into a thirsty ground;And a fruitful land into a salt waste, Because of the wickedness of those who dwell in it.He turns a wilderness into a pool of water, And a dry land into springs of water;

Why was there no one when I came? When I called, why was there no one to answer? Is My hand so short that it cannot redeem? Or do I have no power to rescue? Behold, I dry up the sea with My rebuke, I turn rivers into a wilderness; Their fish stink for lack of water, And die of thirst.

Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruit.

Therefore, let it be known to you that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will also listen.”

Now if their wrongdoing proves to be riches for the world, and their failure, riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their fulfillment be!But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Therefore insofar as I am an apostle of Gentiles, I magnify my ministryif somehow I may move my own people to jealousy and save some of them.For if their rejection proves to be the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?If the first piece of dough is holy, the lump is also; and if the root is holy, the branches are as well.But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree,do not be arrogant toward the branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you.You will say then,“ Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.”Quite right, they were broken off for their unbelief, but you stand by your faith. Do not be conceited, but fear;for if God did not spare the natural branches, He will not spare you, either.See then the kindness and severity of God: to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s kindness, if you continue in His kindness; for otherwise you too will be cut off.

Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly and said,“ It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you first. Since you repudiate it and consider yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles.

but the sons of the kingdom will be thrown out into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Then those who limp will leap like a deer, And the tongue of those who cannot speak will shout for joy. For waters will burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert.The scorched land will become a pool And the thirsty ground springs of water; In the haunt of jackals, its resting place, Grass becomes reeds and rushes.

Behold, I am going to do something new, Now it will spring up; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.The animals of the field will glorify Me, The jackals and the ostriches, Because I have given waters in the wilderness And rivers in the desert, To give drink to My chosen people.

And He said to me,‘ Go! For I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’ ”
