Then the Spirit of the Lord came on Gideon, and he blew a trumpet, summoning the Abiezrites to follow him.

Then the Spirit of the Lord came on Gideon. So Gideon blew a trumpet to send for the men of Abiezer. He told them to follow him.

But the Spirit of the Lord clothed Gideon, and he sounded the trumpet, and the Abiezrites were called out to follow him.

有人藉着圣灵被赐予了智慧的话语，又有人藉着同一位圣灵被赐予了知识的话语，另有人藉着同一位圣灵被赐予了信仰，又有人藉着这独一的圣灵被赐予了使人痊愈的恩赐，又有人被赐予了大能的功用，又有人被赐予了做先知传道的恩赐，又有人被赐予了对不同灵的分辨力，另有人被赐予了各种殊言，又有人被赐予了翻译殊言的恩赐。然而，这一切都是这同一位圣灵，就是独一的圣灵所运作的；他照着自己的旨意，个别地分给每个人。

扫罗听了这些话，神的灵就临到他，他就大发烈怒。

不要从你面前把我丢弃，不要从我身上收回你的圣灵。

实际上，你们所有受洗归入基督的，就穿上了基督，

耶和华的灵会大大临到你，你就会与他们一同说预言，转变为另一个人。

耶和华的灵离开了扫罗，就有祸害之灵从耶和华那里来惊扰他。
