我又對你們說：「我永恆主是你們的上帝；你們不可敬畏亞摩利人的神，就是你們住在他們之地的那些亞摩利人」；而你們竟不聽我的聲音。』

諭爾曰、我乃爾之上帝耶和華、爾居亞摩利人之地、勿寅畏其神、惟爾不聽我言、○

告爾曰、我為爾之上帝耶和華、毋畏斯土亞摩哩人之上帝、惟汝不遵我命。

諭爾曰、我乃主爾之天主、爾居亞摩利人之地、勿敬其神、乃爾不遵我命、○

I said to you,‘ I am the Lord your God; do not worship the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you live.’ But you have not listened to me.”

I said to you,“ I am the Lord your God. You are now living in the land of the Amorites. Do not worship their gods.” But you have not listened to me.’ ”

And I said to you,‘ I am the Lord your God; you shall not fear the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell.’ But you have not obeyed my voice.”

I told you,‘ I am the Lord your God. You must not worship the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you now live.’ But you have not listened to me.”

I said to you: I am the LORD your God. Do not fear the gods of the Amorites whose land you live in. But you did not obey me.’”

and I said to you,“ I am the Lord your God; you shall not fear the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live.” But you have not obeyed Me.’ ”

Also I said to you,“ I am the Lord your God; do not fear the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell.” But you have not obeyed My voice.’”

and I said unto you, I am Jehovah your God; ye shall not fear the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell. But ye have not hearkened unto my voice.

I said to you: I am Yahweh your God. Do not fear the gods of the Amorites whose land you live in. But you did not obey Me.’”

And I said unto you, I[ am] the LORD your God; fear not the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but ye have not obeyed my voice.

I said to you,“ I am the LORD your God! Do not worship the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are now living!” But you have disobeyed me.’”

I said to you,“ I am Yahweh your God. You shall not fear the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell.” But you have not listened to my voice.’”

This is what the Lord says:“ Do not learn the ways of the nations or be terrified by signs in the heavens, though the nations are terrified by them. (niv)

When the Lord made a covenant with the Israelites, he commanded them:“ Do not worship any other gods or bow down to them, serve them or sacrifice to them.But the Lord, who brought you up out of Egypt with mighty power and outstretched arm, is the one you must worship. To him you shall bow down and to him offer sacrifices.You must always be careful to keep the decrees and regulations, the laws and commands he wrote for you. Do not worship other gods.Do not forget the covenant I have made with you, and do not worship other gods.Rather, worship the Lord your God; it is he who will deliver you from the hand of all your enemies.” (niv)

I would not obey my teachers or turn my ear to my instructors. (niv)

Only acknowledge your guilt— you have rebelled against the Lord your God, you have scattered your favors to foreign gods under every spreading tree, and have not obeyed me,’” declares the Lord. (niv)

Let us lie down in our shame, and let our disgrace cover us. We have sinned against the Lord our God, both we and our ancestors; from our youth till this day we have not obeyed the Lord our God.” (niv)

She obeys no one, she accepts no correction. She does not trust in the Lord, she does not draw near to her God. (niv)

I have told you today, but you still have not obeyed the Lord your God in all he sent me to tell you. (niv)

But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says,“ Lord, who has believed our message?” (niv)

and you shall not make a covenant with the people of this land, but you shall break down their altars.’ Yet you have disobeyed me. Why have you done this? (niv)

So they entered Egypt in disobedience to the Lord and went as far as Tahpanhes. (niv)

They worshiped the Lord, but they also served their own gods in accordance with the customs of the nations from which they had been brought. (niv)

So Johanan son of Kareah and all the army officers and all the people disobeyed the Lord’s command to stay in the land of Judah. (niv)

The Lord said,“ It is because they have forsaken my law, which I set before them; they have not obeyed me or followed my law. (niv)

“ I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.“ You shall have no other gods before me. (niv)

and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him (niv)
