君王都來爭戰。那時迦南諸王在米吉多水旁的他納爭戰，卻未得擄掠銀錢。

“ Kings came, they fought, the kings of Canaan fought. At Taanach, by the waters of Megiddo, they took no plunder of silver.

“ Kings came and fought. The kings of Canaan fought at Taanach by the streams of Megiddo. But they didn’t carry away any silver. They didn’t take anything at all.

“ The kings came, they fought; then fought the kings of Canaan, at Taanach, by the waters of Megiddo; they got no spoils of silver.

“ The kings of Canaan came and fought, at Taanach near Megiddo’s springs, but they carried off no silver treasures.

投靠耶和華，好過依靠人；投靠耶和華，好過依靠高貴的人。列國都圍繞我；我靠耶和華的名必要割除他們！他們圍繞我，是的，他們圍繞我；我靠耶和華的名必要割除他們！他們像蜂群那樣圍繞我，卻像荊棘火那樣被熄滅；我靠耶和華的名必要割除他們！

你所看見的那十隻角，是十個王，他們還沒有得到王權，然而他們要得到權柄，與那獸一同做王一段時間。他們目的一致，把自己的能力和權柄交給那獸。他們將要與羔羊交戰，而羔羊將勝過他們，因為他是萬主之主，萬王之王；與羔羊在一起的，是那些蒙召喚的、蒙揀選的、忠心的人。」

接著，我看見那獸和地上的眾君王以及他們的軍兵聚集在一起，要與騎白馬的那一位和他的軍隊作戰。

你把你的子民廉價賣掉，並沒有從他們的售價多獲利益。

但亞伯蘭對所多瑪王說：「我曾經向耶和華至高神、天地的主宰舉手起誓：

看哪，君王們會合，一同過去；他們看見這城就感到驚奇惶恐，慌忙逃走；戰兢在那裡抓住了他們，他們的劇痛像婦女臨產時的那樣。

於是該隱從耶和華面前出去，住在伊甸東邊的挪德地。

她們說：「領兵的君王們逃亡了，逃亡了！留在家裡的女子也將分得戰利品——就算你們的男子在羊圈中間睡覺——作戰利品的鴿子翅膀上鍍著銀子，牠的羽翼鍍著閃亮的金子！」全能者驅散境內君王們的時候，白雪降在撒門山。
