Barak pursued the chariots and army as far as Harosheth Haggoyim, and all Sisera’s troops fell by the sword; not a man was left.

求你待他們好像待米甸人，像在基順河待西西拉和耶賓一樣；

因為對不行憐憫的人，審判他們的時候就沒有憐憫；憐憫勝過審判。

凡不在律法之下犯了罪的，將不按律法而滅亡；凡在律法之下犯了罪的，將按律法受審判。

你們必追趕仇敵，他們必在你們面前倒在刀下。你們五個人必追趕一百人，一百人必追趕一萬人；你們的仇敵必在你們面前倒在刀下。

你們卻不可站著，要追趕你們的仇敵，從後面擊殺他們，不可讓他們逃進自己的城中，因為耶和華你們的神已經把他們交在你們的手裡了。”約書亞和以色列人把他們殺得慘敗，直到把他們滅絕為止，那些逃脫的人都逃進設防的城裡；

耶和華把他們交在以色列人手裡，以色列人就擊殺他們，追趕他們直到西頓大城、米斯利弗．瑪音，以及在東邊的米斯巴谷；以色列人擊殺他們，沒有留下一個。

他使戰車、馬匹、軍兵和勇士都一同出來，他們都躺下去，不能再起來；他們都滅沒，好像燈火熄滅一樣。

願罪人從世上滅絕，也不再有惡人存在。我的心哪！你要稱頌耶和華。你們要讚美耶和華。
