Now, all you Israelites, speak up and tell me what you have decided to do.”

Behold, you people of Israel, all of you, give your advice and counsel here.”

Now then, all of you— the entire community of Israel— must decide here and now what should be done about this!”

Look, all of you are Israelites. Give your judgment and verdict here and now.”

Behold, ye children of Israel, all of you, give here your advice and counsel.

All you Israelites, make a decision here!”

Behold, you children of Israel, all of you, give here your advice and counsel.”

All who saw it said,“ Nothing like this has ever happened or been seen from the day when the sons of Israel came up from the land of Egypt to this day. Consider it, make a plan, and speak up!”

So the men of Israel took some of their provisions, and did not ask for the counsel of the Lord.

I did not at all mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the greedy and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to leave the world.But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so called brother if he is a sexually immoral person, or a greedy person, or an idolater, or is verbally abusive, or habitually drunk, or a swindler— not even to eat with such a person.For what business of mine is it to judge outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church?

So keep and do them, for that is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say,‘ Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine;and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the sons of Israel.”

Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough?

It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and sexual immorality of such a kind as does not exist even among the Gentiles, namely, that someone has his father’s wife.

For by wise guidance you will wage war, And in an abundance of counselors there is victory.

“ You are sons of the Lord your God; you shall not cut yourselves nor shave a bald spot above your forehead for the dead.For you are a holy people to the Lord your God, and the Lord has chosen you to be a people for His personal possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.

Prepare plans by consultation, And make war by wise guidance.
