恶人的道路却如幽暗黑夜，他们不知道被什么绊倒。

你们要告诉义人，他们会一切平顺，因为他们必吃自己行为所结的果实。恶人却有祸了，他们必遭灾难，因为他们手所做的必回报在自己身上。

当人们正说“和平”、“安全”的时候，毁灭那时就突然临到他们，就像孕妇的临产阵痛那样，他们绝不能逃脱。

你们为了这缘故也应当做好准备，因为在你们意想不到的时候，人子就来了。

因为没有迅速执行对恶行的判决，所以世人的心里就充满了作恶的念头；即使罪人作恶百次仍享长寿，然而我知道，敬畏神的人日子美好，因他们在神面前心存敬畏；

恶人因过犯而落入陷阱，而义人将会欢唱、欢喜。

原来人并不知道自己的定时：鱼怎样被恶网抓住，鸟怎样被网罗捉住，当祸患突然来临的时候，世人也照样陷在其中。
