“ You are welcome at my house,” the old man said.“ Let me supply whatever you need. Only don’t spend the night in the square.”

“ You are welcome at my house,” the old man said.“ I’d be happy to supply anything you might need. But don’t spend the night in the street.”

And the old man said,“ Peace be to you; I will care for all your wants. Only, do not spend the night in the square.”

“ You are welcome to stay with me,” the old man said.“ I will give you anything you might need. But whatever you do, don’t spend the night in the square.”

“ Welcome!” said the old man.“ I’ll take care of everything you need. Only don’t spend the night in the square.”

Then the old man said,“ Peace to you. Only let me take care of all your needs; however, do not spend the night in the public square.”

And the old man said, Peace be unto thee; howsoever let all thy wants lie upon me; only lodge not in the street.

“ Peace to you,” said the old man.“ I’ll take care of everything you need. Only don’t spend the night in the square.”

And the old man said, Peace[ be] with thee; howsoever[ let] all thy wants[ lie] upon me; only lodge not in the street.

The old man said,“ Everything is just fine! I will take care of all your needs. But don’t spend the night in the town square.”

The old man said,“ Peace be to you! Just let me supply all your needs, but don’t sleep in the street.”

Then the Lord said to him,“ Peace be with you; do not fear, you shall not die.”

But he said,“ Peace be with you, do not be afraid. Your God and the God of your father has given you treasure in your sacks; I had your money.” Then he brought Simeon out to them.So the man brought the men into Joseph’s house and gave them water, and they washed their feet; and he gave their donkeys feed.

If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food,and one of you says to them,“ Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit?

And he said,“ Come in, O blessed of the Lord! Why do you stand outside? For I have prepared the house, and a place for the camels.”Then the man came to the house. And he unloaded the camels, and provided straw and feed for the camels, and water to wash his feet and the feet of the men who were with him.Food was set before him to eat, but he said,“ I will not eat until I have told about my errand.” And he said,“ Speak on.”

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.

And thus you shall say to him who lives in prosperity:‘ Peace be to you, peace to your house, and peace to all that you have!

Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels.

Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches.

And he said,“ Here now, my lords, please turn in to your servant’s house and spend the night, and wash your feet; then you may rise early and go on your way.” And they said,“ No, but we will spend the night in the open square.”But he insisted strongly; so they turned in to him and entered his house. Then he made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate.

But whatever house you enter, first say,‘ Peace to this house.’And if a son of peace is there, your peace will rest on it; if not, it will return to you.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, chief of the captains, and he said:“ We are yours, O David; We are on your side, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to your helpers! For your God helps you.” So David received them, and made them captains of the troop.
