And they said,“ Arise, and let’s go up against them; for we have seen the land, and behold, it is very good. And will you sit still? Do not hesitate to go, to enter, to take possession of the land.

So they said,“ Arise, let us go up against them. For we have seen the land, and indeed it is very good. Would you do nothing? Do not hesitate to go, and enter to possess the land.

And they said, Arise, and let us go up against them; for we have seen the land, and, behold, it is very good: and are ye still? be not slothful to go and to enter in to possess the land.

They answered,“ Come on, let’s go up against them, for we have seen the land, and it is very good. Why wait? Don’t hesitate to go and invade and take possession of the land!

They said,“ Come on, let’s attack them, for we saw their land and it is very good. You seem lethargic, but don’t hesitate to invade and conquer the land.

They said,“ Arise, and let’s go up against them; for we have seen the land, and behold, it is very good. Do you stand still? Don’t be slothful to go and to enter in to possess the land.

So Joshua asked the Israelites,“ How long will you delay going out to take possession of the land that the LORD, the God of your ancestors, gave you?

Then Caleb quieted the people in the presence of Moses and said,“ Let’s go up now and take possession of the land because we can certainly conquer it!”

Then the men returned, came down from the hill country, and crossed the Jordan. They went to Joshua son of Nun and reported everything that had happened to them.They told Joshua,“ The LORD has handed over the entire land to us. Everyone who lives in the land is also panicking because of us.”

and said to the entire Israelite community,“ The land we passed through and explored is an extremely good land.If the LORD is pleased with us, he will bring us into this land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and give it to us.Only don’t rebel against the LORD, and don’t be afraid of the people of the land, for we will devour them. Their protection has been removed from them, and the LORD is with us. Don’t be afraid of them!”

Therefore, brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election, because if you do these things you will never stumble.For in this way, entry into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be richly provided for you.

Show some courage and be men, Philistines! Otherwise, you’ll serve the Hebrews just as they served you. Now be men and fight!”

Be strong! Let’s prove ourselves strong for our people and for the cities of our God. May the LORD’s will be done.”

Now we desire each of you to demonstrate the same diligence for the full assurance of your hope until the end,so that you won’t become lazy but will be imitators of those who inherit the promises through faith and perseverance.

Don’t work for the food that perishes but for the food that lasts for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set his seal of approval on him.”

The king of Israel had said to his servants,“ Don’t you know that Ramoth-gilead is ours, but we’re doing nothing to take it from the king of Aram?”

“ You see, the LORD has put a lying spirit into the mouth of all these prophets of yours, and the LORD has pronounced disaster against you.”
