他又说：“受欺压西顿的居民哪，你必不得再欢乐。起来！过到基提去；就是在那里也不得安歇。”

西顿哪，你当惭愧；因为大海说，就是海中的保障说：“我没有劬劳，也没有生产，没有养育男子，也没有抚养童女。”

你们再听见角、笛、琵琶、琴、瑟、笙，和各样乐器的声音，若俯伏敬拜我所造的像，却还可以；若不敬拜，必立时扔在烈火的窑中，有何神能救你们脱离我手呢？”沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌对王说：“尼布甲尼撒啊，这件事我们不必回答你，即便如此，我们所侍奉的神能将我们从烈火的窑中救出来。王啊，他也必救我们脱离你的手；

耶和华将他们交在以色列人手里，以色列人就击杀他们，追赶他们到西顿大城，到米斯利弗玛音，直到东边米斯巴的平原，将他们击杀，没有留下一个。

恐怕他们像狮子撕裂我，甚至撕碎，无人搭救。

你们忘记神的，要思想这事，免得我把你们撕碎，无人搭救。

那时，以色列中没有王。但支派的人仍是寻地居住；因为到那日子，他们还没有在以色列支派中得地为业。

我有两个儿子，一日在田间争斗，没有人解劝，这个就打死那个。
