And Micah said,“ Now I know that the Lord will be good to me, since this Levite has become my priest.”

“ I know the Lord will bless me now,” Micah said,“ because I have a Levite serving as my priest.”

Then said Micah, Now know I that Jehovah will do me good, seeing I have a Levite to my priest.

Micah said,“ Now I know God will make me rich, because I have this Levite as my priest.”

Then Micah said,“ Now I know that Yahweh will do good to me, since I have a Levite as my priest.”

There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.

They will ban you from the synagogues. In fact, a time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is offering service to God.

He replied,“ Every plant that My heavenly Father didn’t plant will be uprooted.

One slaughters an ox, one kills a man; one sacrifices a lamb, one breaks a dog’s neck; one offers a grain offering, one offers pig’s blood; one offers incense, one praises an idol— all these have chosen their ways and delight in their detestable practices.So I will choose their punishment, and I will bring on them what they dread because I called and no one answered; I spoke and they didn’t hear; they did what was evil in My sight and chose what I didn’t delight in.

They worship Me in vain, teaching as doctrines the commands of men.”

He feeds on ashes. His deceived mind has led him astray, and he cannot deliver himself, or say,“ Isn’t there a lie in my right hand?”
