Then Delilah said to Samson,“ You have mocked me and told me lies! Won’t you please tell me how you can be tied up?”

大利拉對參孫說：“你作弄我，向我說謊；現在求你告訴我，用甚麼東西才能把你捆綁。”

大利拉對參孫說：『你看，你愚弄了我，你撒謊騙我；現在求你告訴我、要用甚麼法子使你受捆綁。』

大利拉謂參孫曰、爾欺我而言誑、請告我何以縛爾、

Then Delilah said to Samson,“ You have made a fool of me; you lied to me. Come now, tell me how you can be tied.”

Delilah spoke to Samson again.“ You have made me look foolish,” she said.“ You told me a lie. Come on. Tell me how you can be tied up.”

Then Delilah said to Samson,“ Behold, you have mocked me and told me lies. Please tell me how you might be bound.”

Afterward Delilah said to him,“ You’ve been making fun of me and telling me lies! Now please tell me how you can be tied up securely.”

Then Delilah said to Samson,“ You have mocked me and told me lies! Won’t you please tell me how you can be tied up?”

Then Delilah said to Samson,“ Behold, you have toyed with me and told me lies; now please tell me how you may be bound.”

Then Delilah said to Samson,“ Look, you have mocked me and told me lies. Now, please tell me what you may be bound with.”

And Delilah said unto Samson, Behold, thou hast mocked me, and told me lies: now tell me, I pray thee, wherewith thou mightest be bound.

Then Delilah said to Samson,“ You have mocked me all along and told me lies! Tell me how you can be tied up.” He told her,“ If you weave the seven braids on my head with the web of a loom—”

Don’t testify against your neighbor without cause. Don’t deceive with your lips.

“ How can you say,‘ I love you,’” she told him,“ when your heart is not with me? This is the third time you have mocked me and not told me what makes your strength so great!”Because she nagged him day after day and pleaded with him until she wore him out,he told her the whole truth and said to her,“ My hair has never been cut, because I am a Nazirite to God from birth. If I am shaved, my strength will leave me, and I will become weak and be like any other man.”

Samson told her,“ If they tie me up with seven fresh bowstrings that have not been dried, I will become weak and be like any other man.”

for it’s like someone calculating inwardly.“ Eat and drink,” he says to you, but his heart is not with you.You will vomit the little you’ve eaten and waste your pleasant words.

So My people come to you in crowds, sit in front of you, and hear your words, but they don’t obey them. Although they express love with their mouths, their hearts pursue dishonest profit.
