參孫非常口渴，就呼求永恆主說：『你既將這麼大的拯救交在你僕人手中，難道你如今要任我渴死，落在沒受割禮的人手中麼？』

参孙甚觉口渴，就求告耶和华说：“你既藉仆人的手施行这么大的拯救，岂可任我渴死、落在未受割礼的人手中呢？”

参孙非常口渴，就求告耶和华说：“你既藉仆人的手施行这么大的拯救，现在我要渴死，落在未受割礼的人手中吗？”

参孙觉得非常口渴，便向耶和华呼求说：“你既然借着仆人的手大败敌人，难道你会让我渴死、落在这些未受割礼的人手中吗？”

參孫非常口渴，就呼求耶和華說：“你既然藉著你僕人的手施行這麼大的拯救，現在我怎可以渴死，落在未受割禮的人手中呢？”

參孫渴甚、籲耶和華曰、爾藉僕手、大施拯救、今將渴死、而陷未受割者之手、

渴甚、籲耶和華曰、爾既大拯爾僕、豈容渴死、使陷於未受割禮者之手乎。

參孫渴甚、籲主曰、主使主之僕得如此之大勝、今將渴死、終陷於未受割禮者之手、

Because he was very thirsty, he cried out to the Lord,“ You have given your servant this great victory. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”

Samson was very thirsty. So he cried out to the Lord. He said,“ You have helped me win this great battle. Do I have to die of thirst now? Must I fall into the power of people who haven’t even been circumcised? They aren’t your people.”

And he was very thirsty, and he called upon the Lord and said,“ You have granted this great salvation by the hand of your servant, and shall I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”

Samson was now very thirsty, and he cried out to the Lord,“ You have accomplished this great victory by the strength of your servant. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of these pagans?”

He became very thirsty and called out to the LORD,“ You have accomplished this great victory through your servant. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”

Then he became very thirsty, and he called to the Lord and said,“ You have handed this great victory over to Your servant, and now am I to die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”

Then he became very thirsty; so he cried out to the Lord and said,“ You have given this great deliverance by the hand of Your servant; and now shall I die of thirst and fall into the hand of the uncircumcised?”

And he was sore athirst, and called on Jehovah, and said, Thou hast given this great deliverance by the hand of thy servant; and now shall I die for thirst, and fall into the hand of the uncircumcised.

He became very thirsty and called out to the Lord:“ You have accomplished this great victory through Your servant. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?”

你僕人不但擊死了獅子，也擊死了熊；這沒受割禮的非利士人向永活的上帝罵陣，也必像這些野獸之一那樣。』

大衛心裏說：『如今看來，總有一天我會被收拾在掃羅手裏的；最好莫如逃跑到非利士人之地去；掃羅對我就必絕望、再也不在以色列全境尋索我了；這樣、我便可以逃脫他的手了。』

我們四面受逼，卻沒有被困住；計謀絕了，卻沒有絕望；遭逼迫，卻沒有被撇棄；被打倒，卻沒打到死去；

弟兄們，我們不願意你們不明白我們從前在亞西亞所受的苦難，就是：極受重壓，出於力所能勝之外，甚至到了絕望，連活着的希望都沒有；自己心裏也已斷定必死。這是要使我們不倚靠自己，乃倚靠那叫死人活起來的上帝。

永恆主啊，求你起來；我的上帝啊，拯救我哦；因為你擊打了我眾仇敵的腮骨，你敲碎了惡人的牙齒。拯救屬於永恆主；願你的祝福在你人民身上。（細拉）

故此、為要使我不至於因這些啓示之高超性而過於高抬自己，便有一種刺痛給了我、在肉身上、就是撒但的使者、來折磨我，免得我過於高抬自己。為了這事、我曾三次求過主、叫這刺痛離開我。

因為除了永恆主、誰是上帝呢？除了我們的上帝、誰是磐石呢？就是這以能力給我束腰的上帝；他使我所行的路安全。使我的腳像母鹿的蹄那麼快，又使我在山丘上站立得穩。他教導我的手怎樣爭戰，使我的膀臂能開銅弓。你將你的拯救給我做盾牌；你的右手支持了我；你的「靈應」使我昌大。你使我腳下的地步寬闊；我的腳未曾滑跌。我追趕我仇敵，將他們趕上；未滅盡他們、我總不返回。我痛擊了他們，使他們不能起來；他們都仆倒在我腳下。你將氣力給我束腰，使我能爭戰；你使那起來攻擊我的屈身死於我腳下。你使我仇敵向我轉背逃跑，恨我的人、我就剿滅他們。

這事以後，耶穌知道各樣的事已經完成了（為要使經上所說的得成就），就說：『我渴了！』

亞伯拉罕說：『我心裏說，這地方總沒有畏懼上帝的心，總會為了我妻子的緣故來殺我。

基甸來到約但河過渡，他和跟隨他的那三百人都過了渡，雖很疲乏，還追趕着。

不要在迦特報信；不要在亞實基倫街上傳消息，免得非利士人的女子喜樂，免得沒受割禮者的女子歡躍。

參孫呼求永恆主說：『主永恆主啊，眷念着我；上帝啊，加強我這一次的力量，就只這一次，使我從非利士人身上儘一次報他那剜我雙眼的仇。』

埃及人看見你一定會說：「這是他的妻子」；他們就會殺我，而讓你存活。你務要說你是我的妹妹，使我因你而平安無事，我的性命也可以因你的緣故而得存活。』

我如同水被倒出；我的骨頭都脫了節；我的心變像了蠟，竟熔化於臟腑中；我的精力枯乾、如同瓦器；我的舌頭貼在牙床上；你放我於死地之塵土中。

我還要說甚麼呢？要敘說基甸、巴拉、參孫、耶弗他、大衛、和撒母耳、以及眾神言人的事，時間就不夠了。

大衛問站在他旁邊的人說道：『若有人擊殺了這個非利士人，從以色列人身上除掉了羞辱，可以受到甚麼待遇呢？這沒受割禮的非利士人是誰啊？竟敢向永活的上帝罵陣啊？』

雅各剛過了毘努伊勒，日剛剛出、來照他；他卻斜靠着大腿瘸着瘸着走了。
