於是女人見那棵樹的果子做食品似乎好喫，又悅人眼目，而且可喜愛、能使人有智慧，就摘取那果子來喫了；又給她丈夫一齊喫，她丈夫也喫了。

他妻子對他說：『你一直持守你的純全？謗讟上帝來死吧。』

淫婦用許多花言巧語來引誘他，用諂媚的嘴強迫他。

大利拉對參孫說：『到如今你還是愚弄我，撒謊騙我；求你告訴我、要用甚麼法子使你受捆綁。』參孫對她說：『你若將我頭上七綹頭髮同織布機上的緯線編織起來，就可以了。』

智慧必援救你遠離陌生婦人，遠離說諂媚話的外女；她捨棄幼年的配偶，忘了上帝的盟約。
