耶弗他謂之曰、我及我民、與亞捫人大爭將戰、我招爾來、爾竟不來救我脫於其手、

耶弗他對他們說：「我和我的民與亞捫人大大爭戰；我招你們來，你們竟沒有來救我脫離他們的手。

耶弗他對他們說：「我和我的百姓與亞捫人有極大的衝突；我曾召你們來，你們卻沒有來救我脫離他們的手。

耶弗他對他們說：「我和我的百姓與亞捫人有極大的衝突；我曾召你們來，你們卻沒有來救我脫離他們的手。

耶弗他說：「我和我的人民與亞捫人激戰時，我曾召你們參戰，你們卻不肯來援救我們。

耶弗他對他們說：“我和我的人民跟亞捫人激烈爭戰的時候，我曾經呼求你們，你們卻沒有來救我們脫離他們的手。

耶弗他對他們說：『我和我人民跟亞捫人爭鬪得很厲害；我曾經向你們呼救，你們竟沒有拯救我脫離他們的手。

耶弗他曰、我暨我民、與亞捫族大戰、我曾招爾、爾不救我脫於其手、

耶弗大曰、我與我民、與亞捫族有釁、曾來招爾、爾不我救。

Jephthah answered,“ I and my people were engaged in a great struggle with the Ammonites, and although I called, you didn’t save me out of their hands.

Jephthah answered,“ I and my people were taking part in a great struggle. We were at war with the Ammonites. I asked you for help. But you didn’t come to save me from their power.

And Jephthah said to them,“ I and my people had a great dispute with the Ammonites, and when I called you, you did not save me from their hand.

Jephthah replied,“ I summoned you at the beginning of the dispute, but you refused to come! You failed to help us in our struggle against Ammon.

Then Jephthah said to them,“ My people and I had a bitter conflict with the Ammonites. So I called for you, but you didn’t deliver me from their power.

So Jephthah said to them,“ I and my people were in a major dispute with the sons of Ammon; and I did call you, but you did not save me from their hand.

And Jephthah said to them,“ My people and I were in a great struggle with the people of Ammon; and when I called you, you did not deliver me out of their hands.

And Jephthah said unto them, I and my people were at great strife with the children of Ammon; and when I called you, ye saved me not out of their hand.

Then Jephthah said to them,“ My people and I had a serious conflict with the Ammonites. So I called for you, but you didn’t deliver me from their power.

Jephthah said to them,“ My people and I were entangled in controversy with the Ammonites. I asked for your help, but you did not deliver me from their power.

耶弗他遣使往見亞捫人之王曰、我與爾何與、爾入我境攻我何故、亞捫人之王答耶弗他使者曰、以色列人出伊及時、佔據我地、自亞嫩至雅博及約但、今爾以此地反我、則安然無事、或作今爾將斯地樂意反我耶弗他復遣使往見亞捫人之王、謂之曰、耶弗他如是云、以色列人未嘗佔據摩押地、及亞捫人之地、以色列人出伊及行於曠野、至紅海、既至迦叠、遣使往見以東王告之曰、求爾容我過爾境、以東王不允、又遣使往見摩押王、告以此言、摩押王亦不允、故以色列人居迦叠、遂復行曠野、遶以東地及摩押地、由摩押東而來、在亞嫩溪潰列營、並不入摩押境、蓋亞嫩素為摩押之界、以色列遣使往見都希實本之亞摩利王西宏、告之曰、求爾容我過爾境、以至我地、西宏不信以色列人、不容之過其境、集其軍眾、軍眾原文作眾民下同列營於雅哈斯、與以色列人戰、以色列之天主耶和華以西宏與其軍眾、付於以色列人手、以色列人擊之、乃得原居斯地亞摩利人之全地、得亞摩利人之全境、自亞嫩至雅博、自曠野至約但、以色列之天主耶和華逐亞摩利人於己民前、而爾欲得其地乎、爾之神基抹所賜爾之地、爾方可據而有、我之天主耶和華於我前所逐之人、其地我必據而有、爾豈愈於摩押王西撥子巴勒乎、彼曾與以色列人戰乎、曾攻之乎、以色列人居希實本與其鄉里、亞羅珥與其鄉里、及沿亞嫩之諸邑、歷三百年矣、當此之時、爾何不取之歸乎、我未嘗獲罪於爾、爾竟以惡相待、欲攻擊我、願鞫人之主、今日鞫以色列人與亞捫人之是非、亞捫人之王、不聽耶弗他遣使所告之言、於是主之神感耶弗他、使之經歷基列及瑪拿西之地、至基列之米斯巴、自米斯巴前行以攻亞捫人、耶弗他在主前許願曰、如主以亞捫人付於我手、則我攻亞捫人後、安然旋歸時、凡出我家門迓我者必歸主、我必獻為火焚祭、耶弗他至亞捫人之地、攻之、主以亞捫人付於其手、耶弗他大敗亞捫人、擊之自亞羅珥至米匿、以及葡萄平原、葡萄平原或作亞備勒基拉明攻取二十邑、從此亞捫人服於以色列人、
