They also killed Balaam with their swords. He was the son of Beor. Balaam had used evil magic to find out what was going to happen.The border of the tribe of Reuben was the bank of the Jordan River. Then they settled down in them. They captured the city of Heshbon. They also captured all the settlements around it.
