But the Israelites said to the Lord,“ We have sinned. Do with us whatever you think best, but please rescue us now.”

But the Israelites replied to the Lord,“ We have sinned. Do to us what you think is best. But please save us now.”

And the people of Israel said to the Lord,“ We have sinned; do to us whatever seems good to you. Only please deliver us this day.”

But the Israelites pleaded with the Lord and said,“ We have sinned. Punish us as you see fit, only rescue us today from our enemies.”

But the Israelites said,“ We have sinned. Deal with us as you see fit; only rescue us today!”

Then the sons of Israel said to the Lord,“ We have sinned, do to us whatever seems good to You; only please save us this day.”

And the children of Israel said to the Lord,“ We have sinned! Do to us whatever seems best to You; only deliver us this day, we pray.”

And the children of Israel said unto Jehovah, We have sinned: do thou unto us whatsoever seemeth good unto thee; only deliver us, we pray thee, this day.

But the Israelites said,“ We have sinned. Deal with us as You see fit; only deliver us today!”

And the children of Israel said unto the LORD, We have sinned: do thou unto us whatsoever seemeth good unto thee; deliver us only, we pray thee, this day.

But the Israelites said to the LORD,“ We have sinned. You do to us as you see fit, but deliver us today!”

The children of Israel said to Yahweh,“ We have sinned! Do to us whatever seems good to you; only deliver us, please, today.”

撒母耳就把一切话都告诉了以利，并没有隐瞒。以利说：“这是出于耶和华，愿他凭自己的意旨而行。”

我说：我从你眼前虽被驱逐，我仍要仰望你的圣殿。

大卫数点百姓以后，就心中自责，祷告耶和华说：“我行这事大有罪了。耶和华啊，求你除掉仆人的罪孽，因我所行的甚是愚昧。”

他在人前歌唱说：‘我犯了罪，颠倒是非，这竟与我无益。

遮掩自己罪过的，必不亨通；承认离弃罪过的，必蒙怜恤。

或者神转意后悔，不发烈怒，使我们不致灭亡，也未可知。”

大卫对迦得说：“我甚为难！我愿落在耶和华的手里，因为他有丰盛的怜悯。我不愿落在人的手里。”

大卫对拿单说：“我得罪耶和华了！”拿单说：“耶和华已经除掉你的罪，你必不至于死。

“有谁对神说：‘我受了责罚，不再犯罪。我所看不明的，求你指教我；我若作了孽，必不再作’？
