The Lord replied,“ When the Egyptians, the Amorites, the Ammonites, the Philistines,

The Lord replied,“ The Egyptians and Amorites treated you badly. So did the Ammonites and Philistines.

And the Lord said to the people of Israel,“ Did I not save you from the Egyptians and from the Amorites, from the Ammonites and from the Philistines?

The Lord replied,“ Did I not rescue you from the Egyptians, the Amorites, the Ammonites, the Philistines,

The LORD said to the Israelites,“ When the Egyptians, Amorites, Ammonites, Philistines,

And the Lord said to the sons of Israel,“ Did I not save you from the Egyptians, the Amorites, the sons of Ammon, and the Philistines?

So the Lord said to the children of Israel,“ Did I not deliver you from the Egyptians and from the Amorites and from the people of Ammon and from the Philistines?

And Jehovah said unto the children of Israel, Did not I save you from the Egyptians, and from the Amorites, from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines?

The Lord said to the Israelites,“ When the Egyptians, Amorites, Ammonites, Philistines,

And the LORD said unto the children of Israel,[ Did] not[ I deliver you] from the Egyptians, and from the Amorites, from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines?

Yahweh said to the children of Israel,“ Didn’t I save you from the Egyptians, and from the Amorites, from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines?

So the LORD saved Israel on that day from the power of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the shore of the sea.

After Ehud came Shamgar son of Anath; he killed six hundred Philistines with an oxgoad and, like Ehud, delivered Israel.

Then Israel sent messengers to King Sihon of the Amorites, saying,“ Let us pass through your land; we will not turn aside into the fields or into the vineyards, nor will we drink water from any well, but we will go along the King’s Highway until we pass your borders.”But Sihon did not permit Israel to pass through his border; he gathered all his forces together and went out against Israel into the wilderness. When he came to Jahaz, he fought against Israel.But the Israelites defeated him in battle and took possession of his land from the Arnon to the Jabbok, as far as the Ammonites, for the border of the Ammonites was strongly defended.So Israel took all these cities; and Israel settled in all the cities of the Amorites, in Heshbon, and in all its villages.

By faith they crossed the Red Sea as if on dry ground, but when the Egyptians tried it, they were swallowed up.

When Jacob entered Egypt, your ancestors cried out to the LORD. The LORD sent Moses and Aaron, and they led your ancestors out of Egypt and settled them in this place.

He defeated many nations, and killed mighty kings–Sihon, king of the Amorites, and Og, king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan.

The land had rest for forty years; then Othniel son of Kenaz died.The Israelites again did evil in the LORD’s sight. The LORD gave King Eglon of Moab control over Israel because they had done evil in the LORD’s sight.Eglon formed alliances with the Ammonites and Amalekites. He came and defeated Israel, and they seized the City of Date Palm Trees.The Israelites were subject to King Eglon of Moab for eighteen years.When the Israelites cried out for help to the LORD, he raised up a deliverer for them. His name was Ehud son of Gera the Benjaminite, a left-handed man. The Israelites sent him to King Eglon of Moab with their tribute payment.

Yet he delivered them for the sake of his reputation, that he might reveal his power.He shouted at the Red Sea and it dried up; he led them through the deep water as if it were a desert.He delivered them from the power of the one who hated them, and rescued them from the power of the enemy.The water covered their enemies; not even one of them survived.

The LORD’s angelic messenger went up from Gilgal to Bokim. He said,“ I brought you up from Egypt and led you into the land I had solemnly promised to give to your ancestors. I said,‘ I will never break my agreement with you,but you must not make an agreement with the people who live in this land. You should tear down the altars where they worship.’ But you have disobeyed me. Why would you do such a thing?At that time I also warned you,‘ If you disobey, I will not drive out the Canaanites before you. They will ensnare you and their gods will lure you away.’”

So they defeated Og, his sons, and all his people, until there were no survivors, and they possessed his land.

“ You saw the affliction of our ancestors in Egypt, and you heard their cry at the Red Sea.You performed awesome signs against Pharaoh, against his servants, and against all the people of his land, for you knew that the Egyptians had acted presumptuously against them. You made for yourself a name that is celebrated to this day.You split the sea before them, and they crossed through the sea on dry ground! But you threw their pursuers into the depths, like a stone into surging waters.

He struck down all the firstborn in Egypt, the firstfruits of their reproductive power in the tents of Ham.Yet he brought out his people like sheep; he led them through the wilderness like a flock.He guided them safely along, while the sea covered their enemies.
