You have condemned and murdered the innocent one, who was not opposing you.

You have judged and murdered people who aren’t guilty. And they weren’t even opposing you.

You have condemned and murdered the righteous person. He does not resist you.

You have condemned and killed innocent people, who do not resist you.

You have condemned, you have murdered the righteous, who does not resist you.

You have condemned and put to death the righteous person; he offers you no resistance.

You have condemned, you have murdered the just; he does not resist you.

You have condemned— you have murdered— the righteous man; he does not resist you.

Ye have condemned[ and] killed the just;[ and] he doth not resist you.

Now the passage of the scripture which he was reading was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; And as a lamb before his shearer is dumb, So he openeth not his mouth:

and he entered into the Prætorium again, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.Pilate therefore saith unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to release thee, and have power to crucify thee?Jesus answered him, Thou wouldest have no power against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath greater sin.

But Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye them thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him.And Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and elders, that were come against him, Are ye come out, as against a robber, with swords and staves?When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched not forth your hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.

Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God unto you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as ye yourselves know;him, being delivered up by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye by the hand of lawless men did crucify and slay:

but I say unto you, Resist not him that is evil: but whosoever smiteth thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and covet, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war; ye have not, because ye ask not.

He was oppressed, yet when he was afflicted he opened not his mouth; as a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep that before its shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth.

But ye denied the Holy and Righteous One, and asked for a murderer to be granted unto you,and killed the Prince of life; whom God raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.

who both killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove out us, and please not God, and are contrary to all men;forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they may be saved; to fill up their sins always: but the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.

But my righteous one shall live by faith: And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him.

And he said, The God of our fathers hath appointed thee to know his will, and to see the Righteous One, and to hear a voice from his mouth.

be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him doth this man stand here before you whole.He is the stone which was set at nought of you the builders, which was made the head of the corner.And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved.

Therefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: some of them shall ye kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute from city to city:that upon you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of Abel the righteous unto the blood of Zachariah son of Barachiah, whom ye slew between the sanctuary and the altar.

They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the hour cometh, that whosoever killeth you shall think that he offereth service unto God.And these things will they do, because they have not known the Father, nor me.

Which of the prophets did not your fathers persecute? and they killed them that showed before of the coming of the Righteous One; of whom ye have now become betrayers and murderers;

For they that dwell in Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath, fulfilled them by condemning him.And though they found no cause of death in him, yet asked they of Pilate that he should be slain.

But ye have dishonored the poor man. Do not the rich oppress you, and themselves drag you before the judgment- seats?

So when Pilate saw that he prevailed nothing, but rather that a tumult was arising, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this righteous man; see ye to it.And all the people answered and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.

Now the chief priests and the elders persuaded the multitudes that they should ask for Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.

Or thinkest thou that I cannot beseech my Father, and he shall even now send me more than twelve legions of angels?How then should the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?

But the husbandmen, when they saw the son, said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and take his inheritance.
