“你们这瞎眼的向导有祸了！你们说：‘凡指着圣所起誓的算不得什么；但是凡指着圣所中的金子起誓的，他就该谨守。’你们这无知的瞎子啊，哪个更大呢？是金子，还是使金子成圣的圣所呢？你们又说：‘凡指着祭坛起誓的算不得什么；但是凡指着坛上祭物起誓的，他就该谨守。’你们这些瞎子啊，哪个更大呢？是祭物，还是使祭物成圣的坛呢？所以，人指着祭坛起誓，就是指着坛和坛上一切所有的起誓；人指着圣所起誓，就是指着圣所和那住在圣所里的起誓；人指着天起誓，就是指着神的宝座和那坐在上面的起誓。

若有人饿了，要在家里先吃，免得你们聚会，反被定罪。其余的事等我来的时候再安排。

最要紧的是彼此切实相爱，因为爱能遮掩许多的罪。

我的弟兄们，不要许多人做教师，因为你们知道，我们做教师的要接受更严厉的审判。原来我们在许多事上都有过失；若有人在言语上没有过失，他就是完全的人，也能勒住自己的全身。
