哀哉爾曹盲而作導者！爾謂指殿而誓、猶同無誓、若指殿中之金而誓、乃受拘束。何爾狂妄昏昧、一至於此！夫二者孰大、金乎？抑聖金之殿乎？爾又謂指壇而誓、猶同無誓、若指壇上儀物而誓、乃受拘束。昏昧之人乎！二者孰大：儀物乎？抑聖儀物之殿乎？夫指壇而誓、即指其壇及壇上諸物而誓也。指殿而誓者、即指其殿及寓於殿中者而誓也。指天而誓者、即指天主寶座、及居於寶座者而誓也。

飢則可食於家、庶幾免乎因聚會而獲咎也。餘事俟吾親來部署。

彼此之間、恆懷熱烈之愛德、尤為切要。惟愛德能掩蓋群罪也。

兄弟中多有好為人師者、是亦謬甚。應知為師者、責任最重。蓋吾輩之過失、不一而足、如能慎言、以免口過、則庶幾矣。若而人者、亦可謂能自勒其口、而自主其身者矣。
