Brothers and sisters, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against a brother or sister or judges them speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it.

所以，你们要脱去一切恶毒、一切诡诈、伪善、嫉妒，以及一切的诽谤，

愿诽谤者在地上不能坚立，愿恶事速速猎取残暴的人！

哦，人哪，所以你是无法推诿的！一切评断人的啊，你在什么事上评断别人，就在什么事上定自己的罪；因为你这评断人的，你自己也在做同样的事。

弟兄们，不要彼此埋怨，免得你们受审判。看哪，审判者已经站在门口了！

所以时候没有到，在主来临之前，不要评断任何事；主将照亮黑暗中隐秘的事，显明人心里的计划。那时候，称赞将从神那里临到各人。

你们要除掉一切苦毒、暴怒、愤怒、喧嚷、毁谤，以及一切的恶毒；

“不要评断人，免得你们被评断。因为，你们用什么标准来评断，也会同样地被评断；你们用什么量器来衡量，也会同样地被衡量。

“不要评断人，你们就绝不被评断；不要定人的罪，你们就绝不被定罪；要饶恕人，你们就会被饶恕。

其实我担心，恐怕我来到的时候会发现你们不像我所希望的那样，而你们发现我也不像你们所希望的那样；又恐怕有纷争、嫉妒、暴怒、争竞、诽谤、谗言、自大和混乱；

没有亲情、不肯和解、恶意控告、不能自制、残忍凶暴、不爱良善、

至于你，为什么评断你的弟兄呢？又为什么藐视你的弟兄呢？要知道，我们都要站在神的审判台前，因为经上记着：“主说：我指着我的永生起誓，万膝将向我跪下，万口将承认神。”由此可见，我们每个人都要把自己的事向神做出交代。

照样，他们的妻子也必须庄重，不恶意控告人，有节制，在一切事上都忠心。

因此，律法是神圣的，诫命也是神圣、公义、美善的。那么，是那美善的导致了我的死吗？绝对不是！而是罪。罪为要显出是罪，就藉着那美善的带来了我的死，使罪藉着诫命变得极其邪恶。

那么，我们要怎么说呢？难道律法是罪吗？绝对不是！然而，要不是藉着律法，我就不知道什么是罪。如果律法没有说“不可贪心”，我就不知道什么是贪心；

吃的人不要藐视不吃的人，不吃的人也不要评断吃的人，因为神已经接纳他了。你到底是谁，竟然评断别人的仆人？他或站稳或跌倒，是他自己主人的事；而且他会站得住，因为主能使他站得住。

因为在神面前，不是律法的听者为义，而是律法的实行者被称为义。

但是详细察看那使人得自由的完美律法，并且继续持守的人，因他不是健忘的听者，而是行为的实行者，这个人就将要在他所行的事上蒙祝福。

同样，年长的妇女在举止行为上要合乎圣洁、不恶意控告、不成为酒的奴隶，要教导美好的事；

你们要成为这话语的实行者，不要只成为听者而欺骗自己。因为，如果有人是这话语的听者，而不是实行者，这个人就像人对着镜子观看自己生来的面貌，
