With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness.

With our tongues we praise our Lord and Father. With our tongues we curse people. We do it even though people have been created to be like God.

With it we bless our Lord and Father, and with it we curse people who are made in the likeness of God.
