於是古經所載亞伯漢因信天主而成聖、且稱為「天主之友」云者、乃獲當然之補充、而厥義大備矣。

And the scripture was fulfilled that says,“ Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,” and he was called God’s friend.

That is what Scripture means where it says,“ Abraham believed God. God accepted Abraham because he believed. So his faith made him right with God.”( Genesis 15:6) And that’s not all. God called Abraham his friend.

and the Scripture was fulfilled that says,“ Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness”— and he was called a friend of God.

And so it happened just as the Scriptures say:“ Abraham believed God, and God counted him as righteous because of his faith.” He was even called the friend of God.

亚伯兰信耶和华，耶和华就以此算为他的义。

可是你，以色列啊，我的仆人！雅各啊，我所拣选的，我朋友亚伯拉罕的后裔！

正如“亚伯拉罕信神，这就被算为他的义”，

经上到底是怎么说的呢？“亚伯拉罕信神，这就被算为他的义。”做工的人得工钱，不算是恩典，而是应得的；但是，一个人虽没有做工，却信靠那称不敬虔之人为义的神，这人的信就被算为义。正如大卫也论到神所算为义之人的福份，这义与行为无关；他说：

因此，这就被算为他的义了。不但如此，“被算为他的义”这句话不仅是为亚伯拉罕写的，也是为我们写的；我们信靠使我们的主耶稣从死人中复活的那一位，就将被算为义。

一个人为他的朋友舍弃自己的生命，人的爱没有比这更大的了。你们如果遵行我所吩咐的事，你们就是我的朋友了。我不再称你们为奴仆，因为奴仆不知道主人所做的事。我却称你们为朋友，因为我把从我父所听到的一切，都让你们明白了。

同时，他们把两个强盗与耶稣一起钉上十字架，一个在右边，一个在左边。

耶稣开始对他们说：“今天，在你们耳中的这段经文，已经应验了。”

你们难道也没有读过这段经文吗？‘工匠所弃绝的石头，它已经成了房角的头块石头；

原来经上有话对法老说：“我兴起你，正是为此：好让我藉着你来显出我的大能，使我的名传遍天下。”

既然经文预先看见神要使外邦人因信称义，就预先把福音传给了亚伯拉罕，说：“万国都要藉着你蒙祝福。”这样，那些有信仰的人，与有信仰的亚伯拉罕一同蒙祝福。凡是本于律法上行为的人，都在诅咒之下，因为经上记着：“任何人不持守、不遵行律法书上所记载的一切，都是被诅咒的。”

神并没有弃绝自己预先所知道的子民。难道你们不知道那有关以利亚的经文怎么说吗？他怎样向神抱怨以色列人呢？

那么，是怎么被算为义的呢？到底是在他受割礼之后，还是在他没有受割礼的时候呢？不是在受割礼之后，而是在没有受割礼的时候。并且他领受了割礼的标记，做为他没有受割礼时因信称义的印证，使他成为所有不凭着割礼而信之人的父，也使他们被算为义；

“各位弟兄，那段经文是必须应验的，就是圣灵藉着大卫的口所预言有关犹大的事。这犹大，领人抓了耶稣；

然而，经上的话把万物都圈在罪孽之下，为要使这因信耶稣基督而来的应许，赐给那些相信的人。

圣经都是神所默示的，对于教导、责备、规正、在义中的训练都是有益处的，

因为经上记着：“看哪，我在锡安放一块蒙拣选的、珍贵的房角石，信靠他的人绝不至于蒙羞。”
