不過他要憑著信仰祈求，不要有任何疑惑，因為疑惑的人就像海中的波浪，被風吹動翻騰。

惟求之時、當信無疑、蓋疑者譬諸海浪、風吹奔盪、

然務必求之以信、莫存絲毫狐疑。狐疑之人、如海上波濤、因風而起、隨風而轉、漫無定止；

耶穌回答他們，說：「我確實地告訴你們：你們如果存著信而不疑惑，不僅能做我對這無花果樹所做的，即使對這座山說『願你被挪開，被丟進海裡去！』事情也將成就。你們在禱告中無論求什麼，只要信，就必得著。」

沒有信，就不可能蒙神喜悅，因為來到神面前的人，必須相信神存在，並且相信他報償那些尋求他的人。

這樣，我們就不再是小孩子，在人的狡詐和詭計中陷入那迷惑人的騙局，被各種教義之風搖動，飄來飄去。

耶穌對他們說：「你們當對神有信心。我確實地告訴你們：無論誰對這座山說『願你被挪開，被丟進海裡去！』只要他心裡不疑惑，相信自己所說的會成就，事情就將為他成就。所以，我告訴你們：凡是你們所禱告和祈求的，當相信已經得著了。這樣，事情就將為你們成就。

讓我們毫不動搖地持守所告白的盼望，因為向我們應許的那一位是信實的；

你們不要被各種怪異的教導引入歧途，因為人的心靠恩典，不靠食物規定得以確立才是好的；那靠食物規定而行事的人，從來沒有得到什麼益處。

所以，我希望在各個地方的男人都舉起聖潔的手禱告，不動怒、不爭論；

這些人是無水的泉源，是被暴風吹逐的雲霧；有漆黑的幽暗為他們存留。

這些人在你們的愛筵中是汙點，與你們一起吃喝也無所懼怕；他們只牧養自己；他們是無水的雲，隨風飄蕩；是深秋不結果子的樹，死了又死，被連根拔起；是海中的狂浪，湧出自己可恥的泡沫；是流蕩的星辰，有漆黑的幽暗永遠為他們存留。

你卻放縱如水，必不再出眾；因為你上了你父親的床，把床玷汙了。他居然上了我的床鋪！
