And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written:“ KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.He was in the beginning with God.

“ Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a Son, and they shall name Him Immanuel,” which translated means,“ God with us.”

This also comes from the Lord of armies, Who has made His counsel wonderful and His wisdom great.

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?

Beyond question, great is the mystery of godliness: He who was revealed in the flesh, Was vindicated in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Proclaimed among the nations, Believed on in the world, Taken up in glory.

But He was pierced for our offenses, He was crushed for our wrongdoings; The punishment for our well being was laid upon Him, And by His wounds we are healed.

A remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God.

And again,“ I will put My trust in Him.” And again,“ Behold, I and the children whom God has given Me.”Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, so that through death He might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil,

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Your throne, God, is forever and ever; The scepter of Your kingdom is a scepter of justice.

Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.

For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.

and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.And although you were previously alienated and hostile in attitude, engaged in evil deeds,

looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,

But it is due to Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption,

For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall,by abolishing in His flesh the hostility, which is the Law composed of commandments expressed in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two one new person, in this way establishing peace;and that He might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the hostility.And He came and preached peace to you who were far away, and peace to those who were near;for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.

All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son determines to reveal Him.

Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor fearful.

But the angel of the Lord said to him,“ Why do you ask my name, for it is wonderful?”

For You are our Father, though Abraham does not know us And Israel does not recognize us. You, Lord, are our Father, Our Redeemer from ancient times is Your name.

Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; He is righteous and endowed with salvation, Humble, and mounted on a donkey, Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.And I will eliminate the chariot from Ephraim And the horse from Jerusalem; And the bow of war will be eliminated. And He will speak peace to the nations; And His dominion will be from sea to sea, And from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

“ For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life.For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him.

The word which He sent to the sons of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ( He is Lord of all)—

From eternity I was established, From the beginning, from the earliest times of the earth.

But regarding the Son He says,“ Your throne, God, is forever and ever, And the scepter of righteousness is the scepter of His kingdom.

For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace.

May the righteous flourish in his days, As well as an abundance of peace, until the moon is no more.

For He grew up before Him like a tender shoot, And like a root out of dry ground; He has no stately form or majesty That we would look at Him, Nor an appearance that we would take pleasure in Him.

“ Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the wrongdoing, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for guilt, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy Place.So you are to know and understand that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem, until Messiah the Prince, there will be seven weeks and sixty two weeks; it will be built again, with streets and moat, even in times of distress.

Now may the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, that is, Jesus our Lord,

The angel answered and said to her,“ The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; for that reason also the holy Child will be called the Son of God.

And I will clothe him with your tunic And tie your sash securely around him. “ But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain.”“ I will announce the decree of the Lord: He said to Me,‘ You are My Son, Today I have fathered You.Ask it of Me, and I will certainly give the nations as Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth as Your possession.You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.’ ”Now then, you kings, use insight; Let yourselves be instructed, you judges of the earth.Serve the Lord with reverence And rejoice with trembling.Kiss the Son, that He not be angry and you perish on the way, For His wrath may be kindled quickly. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!

How long will you waver, You rebellious daughter? For the Lord has created a new thing on the earth: A woman will shelter a man.”

But the Lord desired To crush Him, causing Him grief; If He renders Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days, And the good pleasure of the Lord will prosper in His hand.

May the mountains bring peace to the people, And the hills, in righteousness.

Strap Your sword on Your thigh, Mighty One, In Your splendor and majesty!

The Lord says to my Lord:“ Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”The Lord will stretch out Your strong scepter from Zion, saying,“ Rule in the midst of Your enemies.”Your people will volunteer freely on the day of Your power; In holy splendor, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew.The Lord has sworn and will not change His mind,“ You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.”

For the Lord your God is the God of gods and the Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who does not show partiality, nor take a bribe.

And the wolf will dwell with the lamb, And the leopard will lie down with the young goat, And the calf and the young lion and the fattened steer will be together; And a little boy will lead them.Also the cow and the bear will graze, Their young will lie down together, And the lion will eat straw like the ox.The nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra, And the weaned child will put his hand on the viper’s den.They will not hurt or destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord As the waters cover the sea.

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,through whom we also have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we celebrate in hope of the glory of God.And not only this, but we also celebrate in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance;and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope;and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.For one will hardly die for a righteous person; though perhaps for the good person someone would even dare to die.But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him.For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

to whom also Abraham apportioned a tenth of all the spoils, was first of all, by the translation of his name, king of righteousness, and then also king of Salem, which is king of peace.Without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, he remains a priest perpetually.

Graciousness and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

“ Now then, our God, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who keeps His covenant and faithfulness, Do not let all the hardship seem insignificant before You, Which has happened to us, our kings, our leaders, our priests, our prophets, our fathers, and to all Your people, From the days of the kings of Assyria to this day.

The Mighty One, God, the Lord, has spoken And summoned the earth, from the rising of the sun to its setting.

The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, Because he trusts in You.

Lord, You will establish peace for us, Since You have also performed for us all our works.

For this is what the Lord says:“ Behold, I extend peace to her like a river, And the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream; And you will be nursed, you will be carried on the hip and rocked back and forth on the knees.

Then say to him,‘ The Lord of armies says this:“ Behold, there is a Man whose name is Branch, for He will branch out from where He is; and He will build the temple of the Lord.Yes, it is He who will build the temple of the Lord, and He who will bear the majesty and sit and rule on His throne. So He will be a priest on His throne, and the counsel of peace will be between the two offices.” ’

They will say of Me,‘ Only in the Lord are righteousness and strength.’ People will come to Him, And all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.In the Lord all the offspring of Israel Will be justified and will boast.”

May his name endure forever; May his name produce descendants as long as the sun shines; And may people wish blessings on themselves by him; May all nations call him blessed.

Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of armies, who dwells on Mount Zion.

Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch from his roots will bear fruit.The Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him, The spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and strength, The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.

in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

And He will arise and shepherd His flock In the strength of the Lord, In the majesty of the name of the Lord His God. And they will remain, Because at that time He will be great To the ends of the earth.This One will be our peace. When the Assyrian invades our land, When he tramples on our citadels, Then we will raise against him Seven shepherds and eight leaders of people.

whose are the fathers, and from whom is the Christ according to the flesh, who is over all, God blessed forever. Amen.
