So I called in Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah as reliable witnesses for me.

So I sent for Zechariah and Uriah the priest. Zechariah is the son of Jeberekiah. Zechariah and Uriah were witnesses for me whom I could trust.

And I will get reliable witnesses, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah, to attest for me.”

I asked Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah, both known as honest men, to witness my doing this.

I have appointed trustworthy witnesses— the priest Uriah and Zechariah son of Jeberechiah.”

And I will take to Myself faithful witnesses for testimony, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.”

and I will take unto me faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.

Then I will summon as my reliable witnesses Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah.”

Now King Ahaz went to Damascus to meet Tiglath-Pileser king of Assyria, and saw an altar that was at Damascus; and King Ahaz sent to Urijah the priest the design of the altar and its pattern, according to all its workmanship.Then Urijah the priest built an altar according to all that King Ahaz had sent from Damascus. So Urijah the priest made it before King Ahaz came back from Damascus.

Moreover, Ruth the Moabitess, the widow of Mahlon, I have acquired as my wife, to perpetuate the name of the dead through his inheritance, that the name of the dead may not be cut off from among his brethren and from his position at the gate. You are witnesses this day.”And all the people who were at the gate, and the elders, said,“ We are witnesses. The Lord make the woman who is coming to your house like Rachel and Leah, the two who built the house of Israel; and may you prosper in Ephrathah and be famous in Bethlehem.

This will be the third time I am coming to you.“ By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.”

And he took ten men of the elders of the city, and said,“ Sit down here.” So they sat down.

He was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Abi the daughter of Zechariah.

Then King Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest, saying,“ On the great new altar burn the morning burnt offering, the evening grain offering, the king’s burnt sacrifice, and his grain offering, with the burnt offering of all the people of the land, their grain offering, and their drink offerings; and sprinkle on it all the blood of the burnt offering and all the blood of the sacrifice. And the bronze altar shall be for me to inquire by.”Thus did Urijah the priest, according to all that King Ahaz commanded.
