So I called in Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah as reliable witnesses for me.

So I sent for Zechariah and Uriah the priest. Zechariah is the son of Jeberekiah. Zechariah and Uriah were witnesses for me whom I could trust.

And I will get reliable witnesses, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah, to attest for me.”

I asked Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah, both known as honest men, to witness my doing this.

I have appointed trustworthy witnesses— the priest Uriah and Zechariah son of Jeberechiah.”

And I will take to Myself faithful witnesses for testimony, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.”

亚哈斯王到大马士革会见亚述王提革拉．毗列色，看见在大马士革的祭坛。亚哈斯王就派人把祭坛的图样、结构和详尽的做法送到乌利亚祭司那里。于是乌利亚祭司按着亚哈斯王从大马士革送回来的一切指示建造祭坛。在亚哈斯王从大马士革回来以前，乌利亚祭司就照样做了。

我也娶了（“娶了”原文作“买了”）玛伦的妻子摩押女子路得作妻子，使已死的人的名字留在他的产业上，免得他的名字在本族本乡中除掉。今天你们都是见证人。”聚集在城门的众人和长老都说：“我们都是见证人。愿耶和华使进你家的这女人，像建立以色列家的拉结和利亚二人一样。愿你在以法他显大，在伯利恒扬名。

这是我第三次到你们那里去，各样事情必须凭两三个证人的口，才能确定。

波阿斯又邀请城里的十个长老，对他们说：“请坐在这里。”他们就坐下来了。

他登基的时候是二十五岁；他在耶路撒冷作王二十九年，他母亲名叫亚比，是撒迦利雅的女儿。

亚哈斯王吩咐乌利亚祭司说：“要在这大祭坛上焚烧早晨的燔祭、黄昏的素祭、王的燔祭牲和素祭、所有国民的燔祭和素祭；也要在坛上浇上他们的奠祭，以及所有燔祭牲和平安祭牲的血。至于铜祭坛，我要用来求问神。”乌利亚祭司就照着亚哈斯王一切所吩咐的去行。
