有人对你们说：“当求问那些交鬼的和行巫术的，就是声音绵蛮，言语微细的。”你们便回答说：“百姓不当求问自己的神吗？岂可为活人求问死人呢？”

有人对你们说：“当求问招魂的与行巫术的，他们唧唧喳喳，念念有词。”然而，百姓不当求问自己的上帝吗？岂可为活人求问死人呢？

有人对你们说：“当求问招魂的与行巫术的，他们唧唧喳喳，念念有词。”然而，百姓不当求问自己的神吗？岂可为活人求问死人呢？

有人让你们去求问那些念念有词的巫师和术士，你们不要去。你们要去求问你们的上帝，活人的事怎能求问死人呢？

有人对你们说：“要求问那些交鬼的和行巫术的，就是那些喃喃细语的人。”一族之民不应当求问自己的神吗？他们怎能为活人求问死人呢？

尽管有人对你们说：“求问那些喃喃自语、念念有词的招魂者和通灵者吧”，但百姓难道不应当求问自己的神吗？难道应当为活人求问死人吗？

儘管有人對你們說：「求問那些喃喃自語、念念有詞的招魂者和通靈者吧」，但百姓難道不應當求問自己的神嗎？難道應當為活人求問死人嗎？

或謂爾曰、巫覡術士、其聲綿蠻微細、爾其求之、夫民豈不當求其上帝乎、詎為生者求死者哉、

或曰、維彼巫覡、及為神所憑者、何不問焉、其聲綿蠻、其音微細。則應之曰、人豈不當問於上帝哉、生人之事、詢於死者、亦奚以為。

維彼交鬼者、及巫覡、其聲綿蠻、其言低俏、或告爾曰、可問斯人、則應之日、民豈不當問其天主哉、豈可為生者問於死者乎、

When someone tells you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living?

There are people who get messages from those who have died. But these people only whisper words that are barely heard. Suppose someone tells you to ask for advice from these people. Shouldn’t you ask for advice from your God instead? Why should you get advice from dead people to help those who are alive?

And when they say to you,“ Inquire of the mediums and the necromancers who chirp and mutter,” should not a people inquire of their God? Should they inquire of the dead on behalf of the living?

Someone may say to you,“ Let’s ask the mediums and those who consult the spirits of the dead. With their whisperings and mutterings, they will tell us what to do.” But shouldn’t people ask God for guidance? Should the living seek guidance from the dead?

When they say to you,“ Inquire of the mediums and the spiritists who chirp and mutter,” shouldn’t a people inquire of their God? Should they inquire of the dead on behalf of the living?

When they say to you,“ Consult the mediums and the spiritists who whisper and mutter,” should a people not consult their God? Should they consult the dead in behalf of the living?

And when they say to you,“ Seek those who are mediums and wizards, who whisper and mutter,” should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living?

And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits and unto the wizards, that chirp and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? on behalf of the living should they seek unto the dead?

When they say to you,“ Consult the spirits of the dead and the spiritists who chirp and mutter,” shouldn’t a people consult their God? Should they consult the dead on behalf of the living?

And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?

They will say to you,“ Seek oracles at the pits used to conjure up underworld spirits, from the magicians who chirp and mutter incantations. Should people not seek oracles from their gods, by asking the dead about the destiny of the living?”

When they tell you,“ Consult with those who have familiar spirits and with the wizards, who chirp and who mutter,” shouldn’t a people consult with their God? Should they consult the dead on behalf of the living?

「人偏向交鬼的和行巫術的，隨他們行邪淫，我要向那人變臉，把他從民中剪除。 (cunpt)

埃及人的心神必在裏面耗盡；我必敗壞他們的謀略。他們必求問偶像和念咒的、交鬼的、行巫術的。 (cunpt)

並在欣嫩子谷使他的兒女經火，又觀兆，用法術，行邪術，立交鬼的和行巫術的，多行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，惹動他的怒氣， (cunpt)

這樣，掃羅死了。因為他干犯耶和華，沒有遵守耶和華的命；又因他求問交鬼的婦人， (cunpt)

你必敗落，從地中說話；你的言語必微細出於塵埃。你的聲音必像那交鬼者的聲音出於地；你的言語低低微微出於塵埃。 (cunpt)

於是掃羅改了裝，穿上別的衣服，帶着兩個人，夜裏去見那婦人。掃羅說：「求你用交鬼的法術，將我所告訴你的死人，為我招上來。」 (cunpt)

他們又與巴力‧毗珥連合，且吃了祭死神的物。 (cunpt)

「不可偏向那些交鬼的和行巫術的；不可求問他們，以致被他們玷污了。我是耶和華－你們的神。 (cunpt)

用迷術的、交鬼的、行巫術的、過陰的。 (cunpt)

並使他的兒子經火，又觀兆，用法術，立交鬼的和行巫術的，多行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，惹動他的怒氣； (cunpt)

凡猶大國和耶路撒冷所有交鬼的、行巫術的，與家中的神像和偶像，並一切可憎之物，約西亞盡都除掉，成就了祭司希勒家在耶和華殿裏所得律法書上所寫的話。 (cunpt)

撒母耳說：「耶和華已經離開你，且與你為敵，你何必問我呢？ (cunpt)

惟耶和華是真神，是活神，是永遠的王。他一發怒，大地震動；他一惱恨，列國都擔當不起。（ (cunpt)

但耶和華的使者對提斯比人以利亞說：「你起來，去迎着撒馬利亞王的使者，對他們說：『你們去問以革倫神巴力‧西卜，豈因以色列中沒有神嗎？』 (cunpt)

因為他們自己已經報明我們是怎樣進到你們那裏，你們是怎樣離棄偶像，歸向神，要服事那又真又活的神， (cunpt)

婦人說：「我為你招誰上來呢？」回答說：「為我招撒母耳上來。」 (cunpt)

從前在百姓中有假先知起來，將來在你們中間也必有假師傅，私自引進陷害人的異端，連買他們的主他們也不承認，自取速速地滅亡。 (cunpt)
