Bind up this testimony of warning and seal up God’s instruction among my disciples.

Tie up and seal this warning that the Lord said to you through me. Preserve among my followers what he taught you through me.

But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.” (niv)

He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony.Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. (niv)

We accept human testimony, but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son.Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts this testimony. Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me,“ Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers and sisters who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For it is the Spirit of prophecy who bears testimony to Jesus.” (niv)

Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. (niv)

The Lord said to me,“ Take a large scroll and write on it with an ordinary pen: Maher- Shalal- Hash- Baz.”So I called in Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah as reliable witnesses for me. (niv)

When he was alone, the Twelve and the others around him asked him about the parables.He told them,“ The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables (niv)

All the words of my mouth are just; none of them is crooked or perverse.To the discerning all of them are right; they are upright to those who have found knowledge. (niv)

The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. (niv)

When they were in the house again, the disciples asked Jesus about this. (niv)

“ Moses was faithful as a servant in all God’s house,” bearing witness to what would be spoken by God in the future. (niv)

Jehoiada brought out the king’s son and put the crown on him; he presented him with a copy of the covenant and proclaimed him king. They anointed him, and the people clapped their hands and shouted,“ Long live the king!” (niv)

He did not say anything to them without using a parable. But when he was alone with his own disciples, he explained everything. (niv)

These are the stipulations, decrees and laws Moses gave them when they came out of Egypt (niv)

He replied,“ Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end.Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand. (niv)

Consult God’s instruction and the testimony of warning. If anyone does not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn. (niv)

And when the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven say,“ Seal up what the seven thunders have said and do not write it down.” (niv)

“ Seventy‘ sevens’ are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the Most Holy Place. (niv)

He replied,“ Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. (niv)

For you this whole vision is nothing but words sealed in a scroll. And if you give the scroll to someone who can read, and say,“ Read this, please,” they will answer,“ I can’t; it is sealed.”Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say,“ Read this, please,” they will answer,“ I don’t know how to read.” (niv)

Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it. (niv)
