Say ye not, A conspiracy, concerning all whereof this people shall say, A conspiracy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be in dread thereof.

『凡這人民所叫做陰謀的、你們不要都叫做陰謀；他們所怕的、你們可別怕，可別畏懼。

「凡這子民所稱為陰謀的，你們不要稱為陰謀；他們所怕的，你們不要害怕，也不要畏懼。

曰、斯民謂結盟、爾勿謂之、勿畏其所畏、勿視為可懼、

曰、彼言二國要盟、爾勿從而和之、彼畏葸、爾勿畏葸。

斯民所以為結黨結黨或作結盟下同者、爾勿以為結黨、勿畏其所畏、勿驚其所驚、

“ Do not call conspiracy everything this people calls a conspiracy; do not fear what they fear, and do not dread it.

“ People of Judah, do not agree with those who say Isaiah is guilty of treason. Do not fear what they fear. Do not be afraid.

“ Do not call conspiracy all that this people calls conspiracy, and do not fear what they fear, nor be in dread.

“ Don’t call everything a conspiracy, like they do, and don’t live in dread of what frightens them.

Do not call everything a conspiracy that these people say is a conspiracy. Do not fear what they fear; do not be terrified.

“ You are not to say,‘ It is a conspiracy!’ Regarding everything that this people call a conspiracy, And you are not to fear what they fear or be in dread of it.

“ Do not say,‘ A conspiracy,’ Concerning all that this people call a conspiracy, Nor be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.

Do not call everything an alliance these people say is an alliance. Do not fear what they fear; do not be terrified.

Say ye not, A confederacy, to all[ them to] whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.

“ Do not say,‘ Conspiracy,’ every time these people say the word. Don’t be afraid of what scares them; don’t be terrified.

“ Don’t say,‘ A conspiracy!’ concerning all about which this people say,‘ A conspiracy!’ neither fear their threats, nor be terrorized.

But even if ye should suffer for righteousness’ sake, blessed are ye: and fear not their fear, neither be troubled;but sanctify in your hearts Christ as Lord: being ready always to give answer to every man that asketh you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, yet with meekness and fear:

And when ye shall hear of wars and tumults, be not terrified: for these things must needs come to pass first; but the end is not immediately.

There were they in great fear, where no fear was; For God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: Thou hast put them to shame, because God hath rejected them.

Woe to the rebellious children, saith Jehovah, that take counsel, but not of me; and that make a league, but not of my Spirit, that they may add sin to sin,

I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou art afraid of man that shall die, and of the son of man that shall be made as grass;and hast forgotten Jehovah thy Maker, that stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and fearest continually all the day because of the fury of the oppressor, when he maketh ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?

Then Rezin king of Syria and Pekah son of Remaliah king of Israel came up to Jerusalem to war: and they besieged Ahaz, but could not overcome him.At that time Rezin king of Syria recovered Elath to Syria, and drove the Jews from Elath; and the Syrians came to Elath, and dwelt there, unto this day.So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath- pileser king of Assyria, saying, I am thy servant and thy son: come up, and save me out of the hand of the king of Syria, and out of the hand of the king of Israel, who rise up against me.

And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.But I will warn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, who after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

And thou wentest to the king with oil, and didst increase thy perfumes, and didst send thine ambassadors far off, and didst debase thyself even unto Sheol.Thou wast wearied with the length of thy way; yet saidst thou not, It is in vain: thou didst find a quickening of thy strength; therefore thou wast not faint.And of whom hast thou been afraid and in fear, that thou liest, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of long time, and thou fearest me not?

And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled away the stone, and sat upon it.His appearance was as lightning, and his raiment white as snow:and for fear of him the watchers did quake, and became as dead men.And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye; for I know that ye seek Jesus, who hath been crucified.

And it was told the house of David, saying, Syria is confederate with Ephraim. And his heart trembled, and the heart of his people, as the trees of the forest tremble with the wind.Then said Jehovah unto Isaiah, Go forth now to meet Ahaz, thou, and Shear- jashub thy son, at the end of the conduit of the upper pool, in the highway of the fuller’s field;and say unto him, Take heed, and be quiet; fear not, neither let thy heart be faint, because of these two tails of smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.Because Syria, Ephraim, and the son of Remaliah, have purposed evil against thee, saying,Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let us make a breach therein for us, and set up a king in the midst of it, even the son of Tabeel;
