The Lord speaks to me while his powerful hand is on me. He is warning me not to live the way these people live. He says,

The Lord has given me a strong warning not to think like everyone else does. He said,

For this is what the LORD said to me with great power, to keep me from going the way of this people:

惟爾人子、雖居荊棘蒺藜與蠍之中、勿畏之、亦勿畏其言、彼雖悖逆之家、勿畏其言、勿懼其貌、彼悖逆特甚、其聽與否、爾必以我言告之、惟爾人子、其聽我言、爾毋悖逆、若彼悖逆之家、當啟爾口、食我所賜、

耶和華曰、爾若歸誠、我必導爾復立我前、爾若取貴者於劣者中、則可為我口、民必歸爾、爾勿歸彼、

耶和華歟、爾誘我、而我從焉、爾強於我而獲勝、我為話柄、竟日為人所侮、

蓋我儕所見所聞者、不得不言也、

我將訓爾、示爾當由之路、我目注爾、而勸戒兮、

我若云不復道之、不再藉其名而言、則我中心有如爇火、蘊於我骨、疲倦難忍、
