惡人所怕的必臨到他，義人的心願必得實現。

我對你們的所作所為一再提出警告，你們卻充耳不聞；我呼喚你們，你們卻不回應。這是耶和華說的。

他做耶和華視為惡的事，效法耶和華在以色列人面前趕走的外族人的可憎行徑。

所以，你們必自食其果，因自己的惡謀而吃盡苦頭。愚昧人背離正道，自招滅亡；愚頑人逍遙自在，毀掉自己。

米該雅說：「你要聽耶和華的話。我看見耶和華坐在寶座上，眾天軍侍立在祂左右。耶和華說，『誰願意去引誘亞哈到基列的拉末去送死呢？』眾天軍議論紛紛。後來，有一個靈站出來對耶和華說他願意去。耶和華問他用什麼方法，他說，『我要做謊言之靈，進入他眾先知的口中。』耶和華說，『你必能成功，就這樣做吧。』現在，耶和華已經把謊言之靈放進這些先知口中，耶和華已決意降禍給你。」

因為假基督和假先知將出現，行很大的神蹟奇事來迷惑人，如果可能，甚至要迷惑上帝揀選的子民。

因此我就任憑他們頑固不化，為所欲為。

為什麼我來的時候一個人也不在？為什麼我呼喚的時候沒有人回答？是我的臂膀太短不能救贖你們嗎？是我沒有能力拯救你們嗎？看啊，我斥責一聲，海就乾了；我使江河變為曠野，魚類因無水而乾死，發出腥臭。

「天國就像一個王為兒子籌備婚宴。他派奴僕去請受邀的客人，可是客人都不肯赴宴。王再派其他奴僕去，說，『去告訴被邀請的人，我的宴席已經備好，公牛和肥畜都宰了，一切都預備妥當，來赴婚宴吧！』那些人卻毫不理會地走了，一個去種田，一個去做買賣，其餘的竟然抓住王的奴僕，把他們羞辱一番後殺了。王大怒，派軍隊去剿滅凶手，燒毀他們的城。

用盡各樣詭計欺騙那些將要滅亡的人，因為他們不喜歡接受那能拯救他們的真理。上帝就讓他們是非不辨，去相信那些虛假的謊言，使一切不相信真理、反喜愛不義的人都被定罪。
