“ And they will go out and look on the dead bodies of those who rebelled against me; the worms that eat them will not die, the fire that burns them will not be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind.”

“ When they go out of Jerusalem, they will see the dead bodies of those who refused to obey me. The worms that eat their bodies will not die. The fire that burns them will not be put out. It will make everyone sick just to look at them.”

“ And they shall go out and look on the dead bodies of the men who have rebelled against me. For their worm shall not die, their fire shall not be quenched, and they shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.”

都要喝上帝震怒的烈酒，就是祂怒杯里毫无掺杂的烈酒。他们要在圣天使和羔羊面前，在火和硫磺中受煎熬。他们受煎熬所发出的烟不断上升，永无休止。那些拜兽、兽像和接受了兽名印记的人昼夜不得安宁。”

许多长眠地下的人必醒过来，有些得到永生，有些蒙受羞辱，永远被憎恶。

你的荣耀和琴声一同落入阴间，虫成了你的床铺，蛆成了你的被子。

祂手拿簸箕，要把谷场清理干净，将麦子存入仓里，用不灭的火把糠秕烧尽。”

我又看见一位天使站在太阳里，对空中飞翔的鸟大声呼唤：“来吧！一起来参加上帝的盛宴，一同享用君王、将军、勇士、马匹、骑士、自由人、奴隶和尊卑老少的肉吧！”我看见那怪兽、地上的众王及其军队聚集起来，要与白马骑士和祂的军队作战。后来，怪兽被俘虏了，在怪兽面前行奇迹的假先知也一同被擒了。这假先知曾用奇迹欺骗那些盖了兽印、敬拜兽像的人。他和怪兽一同被活活地扔进硫磺火湖里。怪兽的残兵纷纷被白马骑士口中的利剑所杀，飞鸟饱餐了他们的肉。

如果你一只手使你犯罪，就砍掉它！

至于那些胆怯的、不信的、行为可憎的、杀人的、淫乱的、行邪术的、拜偶像的和所有说谎的，他们的结局是被丢进硫磺火湖里，这就是第二次的死。”

因为耶和华要用火和剑审判世人，杀死许多人。

这些犹太人杀死了主耶稣和众先知，又迫害我们。他们不但冒犯上帝，还与所有的人为敌，阻止我们传福音给外族人，唯恐他们得救。这些人恶贯满盈，上帝的烈怒终于临到了他们头上。

耶和华必降瘟疫给攻打耶路撒冷的列邦，使他们活着的时候皮肉已经腐烂，眼睛在眼眶中腐烂，舌头在口中腐烂。

义人必因恶人遭报而欢欣，并用恶人的血洗脚。这样，人们必说：“义人终有善报，确实有一位审判天下的上帝。”

“‘以色列各城邑的居民都要出去捡兵器当柴烧，其中包括大小的盾牌、弓箭、矛枪等，足够用七年。他们不必到田间拾柴，或到林中伐木，因为有兵器当燃料。他们要抢夺那些抢夺过他们的人，掳掠那些掳掠过他们的人。这是主耶和华说的。“‘那一天我要把以色列境内、通往盐海东边的旅客之谷作为歌革的坟地，埋葬他和他的军队。这坟地将截断行人的去路，因此人称那地方为哈们·歌革谷。以色列人要用七个月来埋葬他们，使那地方洁净。以色列人都来埋葬他们。我彰显荣耀的那天将是以色列人扬眉吐气的日子。这是主耶和华说的。七个月后，他们会派人不断巡视那里，埋葬遗留在地面上的尸体，使那里洁净。如果巡视的人发现了骸骨，便在旁边立一个标记，好叫负责埋葬的人将骸骨埋葬在哈们·歌革谷。他们要这样使那地方洁净。那里有一座城叫哈摩那。’

昼夜燃烧，浓烟滚滚，永不止息。以东必世世代代荒废，人踪绝迹。

埃及人若不上来敬拜，也必没有雨水，耶和华必使他们和不上来守住棚节的列国一样遭受瘟疫。这将是埃及和不上来守住棚节的列国所得的惩罚。

我的选民必用你们的名字作咒诅，主耶和华必杀死你们，给祂的仆人另起名字。

你们中间有权势的人必因他们的恶行而遭毁灭，好像火花点燃枯木，无人能救。
