耶和华这样说：“天是我的宝座，地是我的脚凳；你们要在哪里为我建造殿宇呢？怎样的地方才是我安息的所在呢？”

耶和华如此说：“天是我的座位；地是我的脚凳。你们要为我造何等的殿宇？哪里是我安息的地方呢？”

耶和華這樣說：“天是我的寶座，地是我的腳凳；你們要在哪裡為我建造殿宇呢？怎樣的地方才是我安息的所在呢？”

永恆主這麼說：『天是我的座位，地是我的腳凳；你們要在哪裏為我建殿呢？哪裏是我安居所的地方呢？

耶和華如此說：「天是我的寶座，地是我的腳凳。你們要為我建造的殿宇在哪裡呢？我安歇的地方在哪裡呢？」

耶和華曰、天乃我坐位、地乃我足几、爾將為我建若何之室、以何地為我安息之所乎、

耶和華曰、天乃我坐位、地乃我足凳、爾曹何殿以容我、何地以安我乎。

主如是云、天乃我之寶座、地乃我之足凳、爾曹可為我建何殿、我駐蹕之所、可在何地、

This is what the Lord says:“ Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be?

The Lord says,“ Heaven is my throne. The earth is under my control. So how could you ever build a house for me? Where would my resting place be?

Thus says the Lord:“ Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool; what is the house that you would build for me, and what is the place of my rest?

This is what the Lord says:“ Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Could you build me a temple as good as that? Could you build me such a resting place?

This is what the LORD says: Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool. Where could you possibly build a house for me? And where would my resting place be?

This is what the Lord says:“ Heaven is My throne and the earth is the footstool for My feet. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest?

Thus says the Lord:“ Heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of My rest?

Thus saith Jehovah, Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: what manner of house will ye build unto me? and what place shall be my rest?

This is what the Lord says: Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool. What house could you possibly build for Me? And what place could be My home?

Thus saith the LORD, The heaven[ is] my throne, and the earth[ is] my footstool: where[ is] the house that ye build unto me? and where[ is] the place of my rest?

This is what the LORD says:“ The heavens are my throne and the earth is my footstool. Where then is the house you will build for me? Where is the place where I will rest?

Yahweh says,“ Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build to me? Where will I rest?

可是我告诉你们，总不可发誓，不可指着天发誓，因为天是神的宝座；不可指着地发誓，因为地是神的脚凳；不可指着耶路撒冷发誓，因为它是大君王的京城；

其实至高者并不住人手所造的，正如先知说：‘主说：天是我的宝座，地是我的脚凳，你们要为我建造怎样的殿呢？哪里是我安息的地方呢？这一切不都是我手所造的吗？’

“神真的住在地上吗？看哪！天和天上的天尚且不能容纳你，何况我建造的这殿呢？

创造宇宙和其中万有的神，既然是天地的主，就不住在人手所造的殿宇，

“我们要进入他的居所，在他的脚凳前下拜。

我们的祖先在这山上敬拜神，而你们却说，敬拜的地方必须在耶路撒冷。”耶稣说：“妇人，你应当信我，时候将到，那时你们敬拜父，不在这山上，也不在耶路撒冷。

“你去对我的仆人大卫说：耶和华这样说：‘你要建造一座殿宇给我居住吗？因为自从我把以色列人从埃及带上来的那天起，直到今日，我都没有住过殿宇。我一直都住在帐棚和会幕里，到处漂泊。我与以色列众人一起走过的地方，我可曾对以色列的一个支派的官长，就是我所吩咐要牧养我子民以色列的，说：你们为什么不给我建造一座香柏木的殿宇呢？’

耶和华在他的圣殿里，耶和华的宝座在天上，他的眼睛观看，他的目光察验世人。

你们不要倚靠虚谎的话，说：‘这是耶和华的殿，是耶和华的殿，是耶和华的殿。’如果你们实在改正自己的所作所为，人与人之间认真施行公正；如果你们不欺压寄居的，不欺压孤儿寡妇，不在这地方流无辜人的血，也不跟从别的神，自招祸患；我就让你们在赐给你们列祖直到永远的这地方居住。“可是，你们竟然倚靠虚谎无益的话。你们怎可偷盗、凶杀、奸淫、起假誓、向巴力烧香，跟从你们素不认识的别神，然后来到这称为我名下的殿，站在我面前，说：‘我们安全啦！’你们这样就可以行这一切可憎的事吗？这称为我名下的殿，难道在你们眼中看为贼窝吗？但我都看见了。”这是耶和华的宣告。

大卫王站起来，说：“我的兄弟，我的人民哪，你们要听我的话；我心里有意要建造一所安放耶和华的约柜的殿宇，作我们的神的脚凳，并且我已经准备好要建造。

指着圣所起誓的，就是指着圣所和住在那里的神起誓；指着天起誓的，就是指着神的宝座和坐在宝座上的起誓。

“神真的要和人住在地上吗？看哪，天和天上的天也容不下你，何况我建造的这殿呢？

你们要尊崇耶和华我们的神，在他的圣山上敬拜，因为耶和华我们的神是圣洁的。

他对门徒说：“你们不是看见了这一切吗？我实在告诉你们，将来在这里必没有一块石头留在另一块石头上面，每一块都要拆下来。”

万军之耶和华说：“从日出到日落的地方，我的名在列国中为大；在各处都有人向我的名烧香，献上洁净的礼物，因为我的名在列国中为大。”
