耶和華說：「天是我的寶座，地是我的腳凳，你們要為我造怎樣的殿宇？哪裡可作我的安歇之處？

耶和华如此说：“天是我的座位；地是我的脚凳。你们要为我造何等的殿宇？哪里是我安息的地方呢？”

耶和华这样说：“天是我的宝座，地是我的脚凳；你们要在哪里为我建造殿宇呢？怎样的地方才是我安息的所在呢？”

耶和华如此说：“天是我的宝座，地是我的脚凳。你们要为我建造的殿宇在哪里呢？我安歇的地方在哪里呢？”

永恆主這麼說：『天是我的座位，地是我的腳凳；你們要在哪裏為我建殿呢？哪裏是我安居所的地方呢？

耶和華如此說：「天是我的寶座，地是我的腳凳。你們要為我建造的殿宇在哪裡呢？我安歇的地方在哪裡呢？」

耶和華曰、天乃我坐位、地乃我足几、爾將為我建若何之室、以何地為我安息之所乎、

耶和華曰、天乃我坐位、地乃我足凳、爾曹何殿以容我、何地以安我乎。

主如是云、天乃我之寶座、地乃我之足凳、爾曹可為我建何殿、我駐蹕之所、可在何地、

This is what the Lord says:“ Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be?

The Lord says,“ Heaven is my throne. The earth is under my control. So how could you ever build a house for me? Where would my resting place be?

Thus says the Lord:“ Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool; what is the house that you would build for me, and what is the place of my rest?

This is what the Lord says:“ Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Could you build me a temple as good as that? Could you build me such a resting place?

This is what the LORD says: Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool. Where could you possibly build a house for me? And where would my resting place be?

This is what the Lord says:“ Heaven is My throne and the earth is the footstool for My feet. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest?

Thus says the Lord:“ Heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of My rest?

Thus saith Jehovah, Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: what manner of house will ye build unto me? and what place shall be my rest?

This is what the Lord says: Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool. What house could you possibly build for Me? And what place could be My home?

Thus saith the LORD, The heaven[ is] my throne, and the earth[ is] my footstool: where[ is] the house that ye build unto me? and where[ is] the place of my rest?

This is what the LORD says:“ The heavens are my throne and the earth is my footstool. Where then is the house you will build for me? Where is the place where I will rest?

Yahweh says,“ Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build to me? Where will I rest?

但我告訴你們，不可起誓。不可指著天起誓，因為天是上帝的寶座。不可指著地起誓，因為地是上帝的腳凳。不可指著聖城耶路撒冷起誓，因為那是大君王的城。

「其實至高的上帝並不住人造的殿，祂曾藉著先知說，『天是我的寶座，地是我的腳凳，你們要為我造怎樣的殿宇？哪裡可作我的安歇之處？這一切不都是我親手創造的嗎？』

「然而，上帝啊，你真的會住在人間嗎？看啊，諸天尚且不夠你居住，更何況我建造的這殿呢？

「這位創造宇宙萬物的上帝是天地的主宰，並不住在人手建造的廟宇裡，

讓我們進入耶和華的居所，在祂腳前俯伏敬拜。

我們的祖先一向都是在這山上敬拜上帝，你們卻說耶路撒冷才是敬拜的地方。」耶穌回答說：「婦人，你當信我。時候快到了，你們將不在這山上，也不在耶路撒冷敬拜父。

「你去告訴我的僕人大衛，『耶和華說，你豈是為我建造殿宇的人？從我把以色列人帶出埃及那天起，直到今天，我從未住過殿宇，一路上都住在帳篷裡。在我與以色列人同行的日子，我從未責問任何我委派牧養我子民的士師，你為何不為我建香柏木的殿宇呢？』

耶和華在祂的聖殿裡，坐在天上的寶座上，放眼巡視，察看世人。

你們不要相信那些謊言，說這是耶和華的殿，這是耶和華的殿，這是耶和華的殿。「『如果你們真正改過自新，彼此公平相待，不欺壓異鄉人和孤兒寡婦，不在這地方濫殺無辜，不拜其他神明自取毀滅，我便讓你們在這塊我永遠賜給你們祖先的土地上安居。「『然而，你們竟相信那些空洞的謊言。你們偷盜、謀殺、通姦、起假誓、向巴力獻祭、拜素不認識的神明，然後來到這用來敬拜我的殿，站在我面前說自己安全了，以為可以繼續做可憎之事。難道這用來敬拜我的殿在你們眼中竟成了賊窩？這些事，我都看在眼裡。這是耶和華說的。

大衛王站起來說：「我的弟兄，我的人民啊，請聽我說。我本想建造一座殿宇安放耶和華的約櫃，作我們上帝的腳凳，我已準備好建造的材料。

指著聖殿發誓，就是指著聖殿和住在裡面的上帝發誓。指著天發誓，就是指著上帝的寶座和寶座上的那位發誓。

「然而，上帝啊，你真的會住在人間嗎？看啊，諸天尚且不夠你居住，更何況我建造的這殿呢？

要尊崇我們的上帝耶和華，在祂的聖山上敬拜祂，因為我們的上帝耶和華是聖潔的。

耶穌對他們說：「你們看見這殿宇了嗎？我實在告訴你們，將來它要被完全拆毀，在這裡找不到兩塊疊在一起的石頭。」

萬軍之耶和華說：「從日出之地到日落之處，列國必尊崇我的名。世上每個角落都有人向我焚香，獻上潔淨的供物。因為我的名必受列國尊崇。
