But be glad and rejoice forever in what I will create, for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight and its people a joy.

So be glad and full of joy forever because of what I will create. I will cause others to take delight in Jerusalem. They will be filled with joy when they see its people.

But be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for behold, I create Jerusalem to be a joy, and her people to be a gladness.

Be glad; rejoice forever in my creation! And look! I will create Jerusalem as a place of happiness. Her people will be a source of joy.

Sing to Yahweh a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him.Yahweh has made known his salvation. He has openly shown his righteousness in the sight of the nations.He has remembered his loving kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.Make a joyful noise to Yahweh, all the earth! Burst out and sing for joy, yes, sing praises!Sing praises to Yahweh with the harp, with the harp and the voice of melody.With trumpets and sound of the ram’s horn, make a joyful noise before the King, Yahweh.Let the sea roar with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein.Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the mountains sing for joy together.Let them sing before Yahweh, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying,“ The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ. He will reign forever and ever!”The twenty- four elders, who sit on their thrones before God’s throne, fell on their faces and worshiped God,saying:“ We give you thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the one who is and who was; because you have taken your great power and reigned.The nations were angry, and your wrath came, as did the time for the dead to be judged, and to give your bondservants the prophets, their reward, as well as to the saints, and those who fear your name, to the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth.”

“ Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad for her, all you who love her. Rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn over her;that you may nurse and be satisfied at the comforting breasts; that you may drink deeply, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.”For Yahweh says,“ Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream; and you will nurse. You will be carried on her side, and will be dandled on her knees.As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you. You will be comforted in Jerusalem.”You will see it, and your heart shall rejoice, and your bones will flourish like the tender grass. Yahweh’s hand will be known among his servants; and he will have indignation against his enemies.

After these things I heard something like a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying,“ Hallelujah! Salvation, power, and glory belong to our God;for his judgments are true and righteous. For he has judged the great prostitute, who corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality, and he has avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.”A second said,“ Hallelujah! Her smoke goes up forever and ever.”The twenty- four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne, saying,“ Amen! Hallelujah!”A voice came from the throne, saying,“ Give praise to our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, the small and the great!”I heard something like the voice of a great multitude, and like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of mighty thunders, saying,“ Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns!

Sing, heavens, and be joyful, earth! Break out into singing, mountains, for Yahweh has comforted his people, and will have compassion on his afflicted.

It shall be said in that day,“ Behold, this is our God! We have waited for him, and he will save us! This is Yahweh! We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation!”

Sing, daughter of Zion! Shout, Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, daughter of Jerusalem.

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion,“ Your God reigns!”Your watchmen lift up their voice. Together they sing; for they shall see eye to eye when Yahweh returns to Zion.Break out into joy! Sing together, you waste places of Jerusalem; for Yahweh has comforted his people. He has redeemed Jerusalem.Yahweh has made his holy arm bare in the eyes of all the nations. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.Oh let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you will judge the peoples with equity, and govern the nations on earth. Selah.Let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.

Say among the nations,“ Yahweh reigns.” The world is also established. It can’t be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar, and its fullness!Let the field and all that is in it exult! Then all the trees of the woods shall sing for joybefore Yahweh; for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, the peoples with his truth.

In that day you will say,“ Give thanks to Yahweh! Call on his name. Declare his doings among the peoples. Proclaim that his name is exalted!Sing to Yahweh, for he has done excellent things! Let this be known in all the earth!Cry aloud and shout, you inhabitant of Zion; for the Holy One of Israel is great among you!”

Sing, you heavens, for Yahweh has done it! Shout, you lower parts of the earth! Break out into singing, you mountains, O forest, all of your trees, for Yahweh has redeemed Jacob, and will glorify himself in Israel.

Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout, daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you! He is righteous, and having salvation; lowly, and riding on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

Always rejoice.

Those ransomed by Yahweh will return, and come with singing to Zion. Everlasting joy shall be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy. Sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Sing to Yahweh a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is therein, the islands and their inhabitants.Let the wilderness and its cities raise their voices, with the villages that Kedar inhabits. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing. Let them shout from the top of the mountains!Let them give glory to Yahweh, and declare his praise in the islands.
