But be glad and rejoice forever in what I will create, for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight and its people a joy.

So be glad and full of joy forever because of what I will create. I will cause others to take delight in Jerusalem. They will be filled with joy when they see its people.

But be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for behold, I create Jerusalem to be a joy, and her people to be a gladness.

Be glad; rejoice forever in my creation! And look! I will create Jerusalem as a place of happiness. Her people will be a source of joy.

Sing a new song to the Lord, For He has done wonderful things, His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him.The Lord has made His salvation known; He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations.He has remembered His graciousness and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; Be cheerful and sing for joy and sing praises.Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre, With the lyre and the sound of melody.With trumpets and the sound of the horn Shout joyfully before the King, the Lord.May the sea roar and all it contains, The world and those who dwell in it.May the rivers clap their hands, May the mountains sing together for joyBefore the Lord, for He is coming to judge the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness And the peoples with fairness.

Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were loud voices in heaven, saying,“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ; and He will reign forever and ever.”And the twenty four elders, who sit on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God,saying,“ We give You thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign.And the nations were enraged, and Your wrath came, and the time came for the dead to be judged, and the time to reward Your bond servants the prophets and the saints and those who fear Your name, the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth.”

“ Be joyful with Jerusalem and rejoice for her, all you who love her; Be exceedingly glad with her, all you who mourn over her,So that you may nurse and be satisfied with her comforting breasts, So that you may drink fully and be delighted with her bountiful breasts.”For this is what the Lord says:“ Behold, I extend peace to her like a river, And the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream; And you will be nursed, you will be carried on the hip and rocked back and forth on the knees.As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you; And you will be comforted in Jerusalem.”Then you will see this, and your heart will be glad, And your bones will flourish like the new grass; And the hand of the Lord will be made known to His servants, But He will be indignant toward His enemies.

After these things I heard something like a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying,“ Hallelujah! Salvation, glory, and power belong to our God,because His judgments are true and righteous; for He has judged the great prostitute who was corrupting the earth with her sexual immorality, and He has avenged the blood of His bond servants on her.”And a second time they said,“ Hallelujah! Her smoke rises forever and ever.”And the twenty four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne, saying,“ Amen. Hallelujah!”And a voice came from the throne, saying,“ Give praise to our God, all you His bond servants, you who fear Him, the small and the great.”Then I heard something like the voice of a great multitude and like the sound of many waters, and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, saying,“ Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns.

Shout for joy, you heavens! And rejoice, you earth! Break forth into joyful shouting, mountains! For the Lord has comforted His people And will have compassion on His afflicted.

And it will be said on that day,“ Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us. This is the Lord for whom we have waited; Let’s rejoice and be glad in His salvation.”

Shout for joy, daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, Israel! Rejoice and triumph with all your heart, Daughter of Jerusalem!

How delightful on the mountains Are the feet of one who brings good news, Who announces peace And brings good news of happiness, Who announces salvation, And says to Zion,“ Your God reigns!”Listen! Your watchmen raise their voices, They shout joyfully together; For they will see with their own eyes When the Lord restores Zion.Be cheerful, shout joyfully together, You ruins of Jerusalem; For the Lord has comforted His people, He has redeemed Jerusalem.The Lord has bared His holy arm In the sight of all the nations, So that all the ends of the earth may see The salvation of our God.

May the peoples praise You, God; May all the peoples praise You.May the nations be glad and sing for joy; For You will judge the peoples with fairness And guide the nations on the earth. SelahMay the peoples praise You, God; May all the peoples praise You.

Say among the nations,“ The Lord reigns; Indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved; He will judge the peoples fairly.”May the heavens be joyful, and may the earth rejoice; May the sea roar, and all it contains;May the field be jubilant, and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joyBefore the Lord, for He is coming, For He is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness, And the peoples in His faithfulness.

And on that day you will say,“ Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name. Make known His deeds among the peoples; Make them remember that His name is exalted.”Praise the Lord in song, for He has done glorious things; Let this be known throughout the earth.Rejoice and shout for joy, you inhabitant of Zion, For great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.

Shout for joy, you heavens, for the Lord has done it! Shout joyfully, you lower parts of the earth; Break into a shout of jubilation, you mountains, Forest, and every tree in it; For the Lord has redeemed Jacob, And in Israel He shows His glory.

Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; He is righteous and endowed with salvation, Humble, and mounted on a donkey, Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

Rejoice always,

And the redeemed of the Lord will return And come to Zion with joyful shouting, And everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, And sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Sing to the Lord a new song, Sing His praise from the end of the earth! You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it; You islands, and those who live on them.Let the wilderness and its cities raise their voices, The settlements which Kedar inhabits. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing aloud, Let them shout for joy from the tops of the mountains.Let them give glory to the Lord And declare His praise in the coastlands.
