For when you did awesome things that we did not expect, you came down, and the mountains trembled before you.

Long ago you did some wonderful things we didn’t expect. You came down, and the mountains trembled when you showed your power.

When you did awesome things that we did not look for, you came down, the mountains quaked at your presence.

When you came down long ago, you did awesome deeds beyond our highest expectations. And oh, how the mountains quaked!

When you did awesome works that we did not expect, you came down, and the mountains quaked at your presence.

要對上帝說：「你的作為令人敬畏！你的大能使敵人屈膝投降。

在含地行神蹟，在紅海邊行可畏的事。

上帝從提幔來，聖者從巴蘭山來。（細拉）祂的榮耀遮蔽諸天，頌讚祂的聲音響徹大地。

來吧，看看上帝的作為，祂為世人行了何等奇妙的事！

那時，在西奈山的上帝面前，在以色列的上帝面前，大地震動，諸天降雨。

祂停下，大地就震動；祂觀看，萬民就戰慄。古老的山嶽崩裂，遠古的丘陵塌陷，但祂的作為永遠不變。

你們要讚美祂，祂是你們的上帝，你們親眼目睹了祂為你們做的偉大而可畏的事。

耶和華啊，當你從西珥出來，走過以東時，大地震動，天上降雨。在西奈山的耶和華面前，在以色列的上帝耶和華面前，群山震動。

願你裂天而降！願群山在你面前戰抖！

有哪個神明像你們的上帝耶和華那樣在埃及當著你們的面降災禍、行神蹟奇事、興起戰爭、伸出臂膀、施展大能的手、以偉大而可畏的作為拯救一族脫離異邦？

在埃及行神蹟，在含地行奇事。祂降下黑暗，使黑暗籠罩那裡；他們沒有違背祂的話。祂使埃及的水變成血，魚都死去；又使國中到處是青蛙，王宮禁院也不能倖免。祂一發命令，蒼蠅蜂擁而至，蝨子遍滿全境。祂使雨變成冰雹，遍地電光閃閃。祂擊倒他們的葡萄樹和無花果樹，摧毀他們境內的樹木。祂一發聲，就飛來無數蝗蟲和螞蚱，吃盡他們土地上的植物，吃盡他們田間的出產。祂又擊殺他們境內所有的長子，就是他們年輕力壯時生的長子。

拯救我們的上帝啊，你憑公義、行可畏之事來應允我們的祈求。你是普天下的盼望。你充滿力量，以大能創造群山，

世上哪個民族比得上你的以色列子民呢？你從埃及救出他們，讓他們做你的子民，又彰顯你的大名，行神蹟奇事，把列國及其神明從你的以色列子民面前趕走。

耶和華說：「我要與你立約，我要在你的同胞面前行奇事，是天下萬國從未有過的奇事，你周圍的外族人必看見我為你做的偉大而可畏的事。

祂挫敗首領的傲氣，世上的君王都敬畏祂。
