我发怒，踹下众民；发烈怒，使他们沉醉，又将他们的血倒在地上。

I trampled the nations in my anger; in my wrath I made them drunk and poured their blood on the ground.”

我必使虐遇爾者、自食其肉、自飲其血、如醉以新酒、使凡有血氣者、皆知我耶和華乃救爾者、雅各之全能主乃贖爾者、

必飲天主盛怒之酒、乃無所攙雜者、斟於天主盛怒之杯、又必受苦於火與硫磺中、在諸聖天使及羔之前、

大邑裂為三、異邦諸邑傾圮、巴比倫大邑為天主記憶、欲以盛天主大怒之酒杯予之飲、

有一大力之天使、舉石大如磨磐者投於海、曰、巴比倫大邑、亦必如是猝然傾頹、不復得見、

故爾困苦、非以酒而醉者、宜聽我言、主爾之天主、為己民伸冤者、爾之天主如是云、昏醉之杯、我已接於爾手、我震怒之大罇、爾不復飲之、必授於虐遇爾者之手、彼曾謂爾曰、爾屈伏爾躬、任我儕由其上踰越而行、遂使爾背若塵土、若通衢、任人往來、

主之大能、必顯於此山、摩押必於其地而遭蹂躪、如踐草芥於糞池之中、摩押人伸手於其中、若游泳者之伸手然、惟主必降其驕志、敗其手所行詭譎之事、摩押人歟、爾鞏固之城垣、主使之傾覆坍塌、頹於地、墮於塵埃、

爾曹惟驚駭驚異、惟迷昧迷蒙、彼醉並非因酒、步履欹斜、並非因飲醉人之物、

主以苦物飽我、以茵蔯醉我、

主手持杯、滿斟醲酒、酒沫外溢、將酒傾出、使地上惡人、吸盡渣滓、

既飲則昏迷狂亂、因我使之遭遇鋒刃之災、我遂自主手接爵而往、至主所遣我往之諸國、予彼飲之、

民曰、爾衣甚紅、爾服與踐葡萄於壓酒處者無異、何歟、主曰、我獨踐葡萄於壓酒處、萬民中無人偕我、我震怒以踐踏之、施威以蹂躪之、其血濺於我衣、污染我服、

北方諸王、相離或遠或近、及天下萬邦、厥後示沙克示沙克即巴比倫王亦必飲之、爾必告之曰、萬有之主以色列之天主如是云、爾曹當飲、飲醉以致吐哇、傾仆不起、因我必使鋒刃之災臨爾曹、

世人流聖徒及先知之血、今主以血予之飲、彼受此報、宜也、

高居之民、主使卑降、鞏固之邑、主使傾頹於地、墮於塵埃、足踐之、窮民之足踐之、貧者步履其上、

主使子民遭遇苦難、使我儕顛倒如醉暴酒、

俾目睹禍患之至、親受全能主之震怒、

因諸國皆飲其淫亂毒酒、天下諸王、與彼行淫、天下商賈、皆因彼奢華之甚、而富饒焉、○我聞自天有聲云、我民當出於其中、免爾與彼同罪、同受其災、蓋其罪滔天、其不義為天主記憶、以彼所加諸爾者還加之、視其所行、報之惟倍、於其所斟之杯、亦必倍斟以予之、
