I trampled the nations in my anger; in my wrath I made them drunk and poured their blood on the ground.”

使虐爾者自食其肉、自醉其血、若飲醇醪、凡有血氣者、咸知我耶和華、乃救爾贖爾之主、雅各之全能者也、

則必飲上帝恚怒之酒、純然無雜、酌於恚怒之杯者、又將於聖使及羔前、受火與硫之痛苦、

大邑遂裂為三、列邦諸邑傾圮、且大巴比倫見憶於上帝前、致以恚怒之杯酒予之、

有大力之使者、舉石如大磨、投之於海、曰、巴比倫大邑、將如此猛然被投、不復見矣、

故爾困苦、不飲酒而醉者、宜聽之焉、爾主耶和華、為其民伸冤之上帝曰、致眩之爵、所給忿怒之杯、我從爾手取之、俾不復飲、我必以之置於虐爾者之手、彼曾謂爾云、曲爾躬、俾我踰越、爾遂伏地、任其踐履、若行通衢、

耶和華將按手於此山、惟摩押遭蹂躪、若草芥被踐於糞池、彼將舒手其中、如泅者舒手以游、惟耶和華必抑其驕傲、去其手之機巧、毀城垣之高臺、覆而下之、至於塵埃、

爾其愕然驚異、瞀然目盲、沈醉不因清酒、蹁躚非以醇醪、

爾饜我以苦荼、飫我以茵蔯兮、

耶和華之手執爵、充以雜質、其酒浮沫、傾之而出、地上惡人飲之、必盡其渣滓兮、

彼必飲之、搖曳顚狂、因我使鋒刃入於其中也、我則由耶和華手取杯、使其遣我所至之國飲之、

爾衣維赭、爾服若踐酒醡者、何也、惟我獨踐酒醡、庶民無與偕者、我震怒而踐之、我發憤而躪之、其血濺我衣、染我服、

北方遠近諸王、爰及天下萬國、厥後、示沙克王亦飲焉、爾當告之曰、萬軍之耶和華、以色列之上帝云、爾其飲之而醉、至於哇吐、顚躓而不復起、因我使鋒刃入於爾中也、

以彼流聖徒及先知之血、今爾以血飲之宜也、

曾降居高之人、毀崇高之邑、覆之於地、墮之於塵、人足將踐之、貧窮困乏者之步履蹂躪之、

爾使爾民遇難、以致眩之酒飲我兮、

俾目睹其敗亡、親飲全能者之忿怒、

蓋萬邦因其淫亂干怒之酒而傾、世上諸王、與之行淫、諸商因其奢華之甚而致富、○我又聞有聲自天曰、我民乎、宜出乎彼、免與其罪而受其災、蓋厥罪滔天、上帝憶其不義、彼之加諸人者、亦加諸彼、依其所行而倍之、於其所調之杯、亦倍調予之、
