我观看，竟没有一人帮助；我震惊，竟没有一人扶助；于是我自己的膀臂为我带来了拯救，我自己的怒火扶助了我。

我仰望，见无人帮助；我诧异，没有人扶持。所以，我自己的膀臂为我施行拯救；我的烈怒将我扶持。

我觀之、無人輔翼、我異其無人扶持、遂以己臂自行拯救、藉己憤自為扶持、

我見輔翼無人、不勝錯愕、故展力發憤、手援選民。

我見無人輔助、無人扶持、甚為奇異、故自以臂施行拯救、施威自為扶持、

I looked, but there was no one to help, I was appalled that no one gave support; so my own arm achieved salvation for me, and my own wrath sustained me.

I looked around, but no one was there to help me. I was shocked that no one gave me any help. So I used my own power to save my people. I had the strength to do it because I was angry.

I looked, but there was no one to help; I was appalled, but there was no one to uphold; so my own arm brought me salvation, and my wrath upheld me.

I was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed. So I myself stepped in to save them with my strong arm, and my wrath sustained me.

要知道，他们占有地土不是靠自己的刀剑，他们得拯救不是靠自己的膀臂，而是靠你的右手、你的膀臂和你的容光，因你喜悦他们。

然而，当我看的时候，却没有一个；当我问的时候，它们中间也没有一个谋士可以回答。

为什么我来的时候，没有人在呢？为什么我呼唤的时候，没有人回应呢？难道我的手臂太短不能救赎吗？难道我没有能力解救吗？看哪！我发出斥责，使海洋干涸，使河流成为旷野；其中的鱼因无水而发臭，因干渴而死去。

耶和华在万国的眼前，显露他圣洁的膀臂；所有地极都看见我们神的救恩。

看哪，主耶和华必以大能来临，用他的膀臂施行管辖！看哪，他赐予的赏报在他那里，他给予的酬报在他面前！

你们当向耶和华唱新歌，因为他行了奇妙的事，他的右手和圣洁的膀臂带来了拯救。

不过对那些蒙召的人，无论是犹太人、或是希腊人，基督总是神的大能、神的智慧。

看哪，时候就要到了，而且已经到了！你们要被驱散，每个人到自己的地方，留下我一个人。其实我不是独自一人，因为父与我同在。

“我独自踹酒槽，万民中没有一人与我在一起。我在怒气中踹他们，在怒火中踩踏他们；他们的血水溅在我的衣服上，我把全身的衣服都染污了；

耶和华的膀臂啊，醒来，醒来，以力量为衣！醒来吧，就像你在太初的日子、亘古的世代！从前砍碎拉哈伯、刺透海中巨兽的，难道不是你吗？

他看见没有一人行善，他震惊没有一人代求；于是他自己的膀臂为他带来了拯救，他自己的公义扶助了他。他以公义为铠甲穿上，以救恩为头盔戴上，以报复为衣服穿上，以热心为外袍披上。他必按照各人的行为报应他们：把怒火加给他的敌人，把报应加给他的仇敌，并向众海岛施行报应。

所以，孩子们既然同属血肉之体，他也照样同有一样的血肉之体，为要藉着死亡来废除那掌握死亡权势的——就是魔鬼，并且释放那些因怕死而终生被束缚为奴役的人。
