我环顾四周，惊讶地看见无人帮助，无人扶持。于是，在烈怒的推动下，我用臂膀独自拯救。

我仰望，见无人帮助；我诧异，没有人扶持。所以，我自己的膀臂为我施行拯救；我的烈怒将我扶持。

我觀之、無人輔翼、我異其無人扶持、遂以己臂自行拯救、藉己憤自為扶持、

我見輔翼無人、不勝錯愕、故展力發憤、手援選民。

我見無人輔助、無人扶持、甚為奇異、故自以臂施行拯救、施威自為扶持、

I looked, but there was no one to help, I was appalled that no one gave support; so my own arm achieved salvation for me, and my own wrath sustained me.

I looked around, but no one was there to help me. I was shocked that no one gave me any help. So I used my own power to save my people. I had the strength to do it because I was angry.

I was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed. So I myself stepped in to save them with my strong arm, and my wrath sustained me.

他们不是靠自己的刀剑征服那里，不是靠自己的臂膀得胜，而是靠你的权能、力量和恩惠，因为你爱他们。

我看了看，没有出谋划策的。我问话，没有一个回答。

为什么我来的时候一个人也不在？为什么我呼唤的时候没有人回答？是我的臂膀太短不能救赎你们吗？是我没有能力拯救你们吗？看啊，我斥责一声，海就干了；我使江河变为旷野，鱼类因无水而干死，发出腥臭。

耶和华要向万国展现祂神圣的大能，普天下将看见我们上帝的救恩。

看啊，主耶和华带着能力来了，祂的臂膀执掌王权；祂带着赏赐而来，要酬劳祂的子民。

你们要向耶和华唱新歌，因为祂的作为奇妙，祂以右手和圣洁的臂膀施行拯救。

但对于蒙召的人，无论是犹太人还是希腊人，基督是上帝的能力、上帝的智慧。

看啊！时候快到了，现在就是，你们将要分散，各自回家，只留下我一人。不过，我并非一人，因为父与我在一起。

“我独自在榨酒池踩踏，万民中无人跟我在一起。我在愤怒中踩踏他们，在烈怒中践踏他们；他们的血溅到我的衣服上，染红了我的衣服。

但我要怜悯犹大家，使他们依靠他们的上帝耶和华得到拯救，而不是依靠战弓、刀剑、马匹、骑兵和战争。”

耶和华啊，伸出臂膀，施展能力吧，像在从前的世代一样施展你的能力吧！难道不是你砍碎了拉哈伯，刺死了海怪吗？

祂因无人、无一个人主持公道而惊讶，于是亲自伸出臂膀，以自己的公义施行拯救。祂以公义作铠甲，以救恩作头盔，以复仇作衣服，以热忱作外袍。祂必按各人的行为报应各人，向祂的敌人发烈怒，惩罚祂的仇敌，向众海岛施行报应。

因为众儿女都是血肉之躯，所以祂也同样取了血肉之躯，为要亲身经历死亡，借此摧毁掌握死亡权势的魔鬼，释放那些因怕死而一生做奴隶的人。
