耶和華歟、何任我離爾道、剛愎厥心、不敬畏爾、緣爾僕爾所選之支派故、尚其復返、

我迷於道、剛愎我心、不畏耶和華爾何聽其然、望爾垂念、眷顧爾僕、救爾選民。

主歟、何任我迷失主之道、何聽我剛愎我心、不敬畏主、求主為主之僕、為主所選之支派、復加眷顧、

Why, Lord, do you make us wander from your ways and harden our hearts so we do not revere you? Return for the sake of your servants, the tribes that are your inheritance.

Lord, why do you let us wander away from you? Why do you let us become so stubborn that we don’t respect you? Come back and help us. We are the tribes that belong to you.

耶和华啊，这要等到什么时候呢？求你回转，怜悯你的仆人们！

“神使他们瞎了眼，硬了心，免得他们眼睛看见，心里明白，回转过来，我就使他们痊愈。”

让这子民的心麻木，耳朵发沉，眼睛蒙蔽，免得他们眼睛看见，耳朵听见，心里领悟，回转过来，就得痊愈。”

不要让我的心偏向恶事，以致我与作孽的人一同行恶；也不要让我吃他们的美食。

我以全心寻求你，求你不要让我偏离你的诫命。

万军之神哪，求你回转！求你从天上垂看鉴察，眷顾这葡萄树，

求你使我的心倾向你的法度，而不向着私利。

这样看来，神要怜悯谁，就怜悯谁；要使谁顽固，就使谁顽固。那么，你会对我说：“既然如此，神为什么还要指责人呢？到底谁能抵挡他的旨意呢？”哦，人哪！你到底是谁，竟然向神顶嘴呢？被造的难道可以对造它的说：“你为什么把我造成这样呢？”

主说：“因为这子民嘴上亲近我，用嘴唇尊重我，他们的心却远离我；他们敬畏我，不过是遵行人所教导的规条；

神哪，你为什么永久抛弃了我们呢？为什么你的怒气向你牧场的羊群如烟冒出呢？求你记念你古时就买赎了的会众，就是你所赎回作你继业的支派；求你记念你所安居的锡安山。

为此，神就把一种迷惑人的力量送进他们里面，使他们相信虚假之事，好使所有不相信真理而喜悦不义的人，都被定罪。
