使他榮耀的膀臂在摩西的右手邊行動，在他們前面將水分開，要建立自己永遠的名，

若是約書亞已叫他們享了安息，後來神就不再提別的日子了。這樣看來，必另有一安息日的安息為神的子民存留。因為那進入安息的，乃是歇了自己的工，正如神歇了他的工一樣。所以，我們務必竭力進入那安息，免得有人學那不信從的樣子跌倒了。

耶和華使以色列人安靜，不與四圍的一切仇敵爭戰，已經多日。約書亞年紀老邁，

世上有何民能比你的民以色列呢？你從埃及救贖他們作自己的子民，又在你贖出來的民面前行大而可畏的事，驅逐列邦人和他們的神，顯出你的大名。

叫他的榮耀從我們這首先在基督裏有盼望的人可以得着稱讚。

然我指着我的永生起誓，遍地要被我的榮耀充滿。

在至高之處榮耀歸與神！在地上平安歸與他所喜悅的人！

使他榮耀的恩典得着稱讚；這恩典是他在愛子裏所賜給我們的。

如今耶和華－你們神照着他所應許的，使你們弟兄得享平安，現在可以轉回你們的帳棚，到耶和華的僕人摩西在約旦河東所賜你們為業之地。

利未人耶書亞、甲篾、巴尼、哈沙尼、示利比、荷第雅、示巴尼、毗他希雅說：「你們要站起來稱頌耶和華－你們的神，永世無盡。耶和華啊，你榮耀之名是應當稱頌的！超乎一切稱頌和讚美。」

我們的神啊，現在我們稱謝你，讚美你榮耀之名！
