He used his glorious and powerful arm to help Moses. He parted the waters of the sea in front of them. That mighty act made him famous forever.

摩西向海伸出手，耶和華便整夜用強勁的東風吹退海水，將海底變成乾地。海水分開後，以色列人踏著乾地走入海中，海水如兩道牆立在他們左右。

往下流的水立即止住了，在很遠的撒拉但附近的亞當城那裡漲成一道水牆。流入亞拉巴海，即鹽海的水被完全截斷了，民眾便走到對面的耶利哥。

曾經的荊棘之地必長出松樹，曾經的蒺藜之地必長出番石榴。這便是永遠長存的記號，以宣揚耶和華的名。」

你舉手向海伸出手杖，把海水分開，以色列人可以從中間的乾地走過去。我要使埃及人的心剛硬，他們會緊追不捨，跟著你們走進海底。我要在法老及其大軍、戰車和騎兵身上得到榮耀。

耶和華必使埃及的海乾涸，揮手用焦熱的風使幼發拉底河分成七條溪流，使人可以涉水而過。

大海啊，你為何奔逃？約旦河啊，你為何倒流？大山啊，你為何如公羊一般跳躍？小山啊，你為何像羊羔一樣蹦跳？大地啊，你要在主面前，在雅各的上帝面前戰抖，

你以不變的愛引領你所救贖的子民，以大能帶他們進入你的聖所。

耶和華啊，你大能的右手顯出榮耀；耶和華啊，你的右手擊碎仇敵。

聖經記載著上帝對法老說的話：「我使你興起是為了在你身上彰顯我的權能，使我的名傳遍天下。」

以色列的牧者啊，你像照顧羊群一樣帶領約瑟的子孫，求你垂聽我們的祈禱。坐在基路伯天使之上的耶和華啊，求你向以法蓮、便雅憫和瑪拿西發出光輝，求你施展大能來拯救我們。
